"That's good you looked dead yesterday, get the cookies?" Taking slow sips of the coffee, it was slowly bringing her back to life. She gave him a sideways glance, with a smirk. Roxie Matthews, rather tall girl. She stands at 5’6’’. She’s well-muscled, but still takes a more womanly figure to her. She has dark brown eyes, and pale skin with the lightest tan. Her hair is in two different colors that she often dyes herself, red and black. A silver lip rings adorns her lips, and a tattoo rest on her upper arm. A memorial for her lost little brother and sister.

Roxie takes her job way to seriously, and just about everything else. It’s rare you find that Roxie is laughing at a joke, or even cracking one herself. Unless of course it’s to put others down. Sarcasm rules her everyday life, and her words. She takes everything she does and try’s to do it perfectly, which causes her many problems on the job. Coming for a heavy military background, she tends to be over stern with everyone. She’s claimed herself to the unofficial leader and does so. Her hatred for the shapechangers is so deep she would easily kill one. She’s cold and ruthless, and a stone cold killer.

Roxie grew up in a home where both parents were in the military, never at the same time but they did move around a lot. She was born and raised for a good portion of her life in New York, her accent tends to be a bit thick, since she could never quite get the British accent. They all moved into a lot of different homes and cities. Roxie didn’t say in one place for two long, she made friends easily to leave them behind was no problem at all either. She had two younger siblings, twins to be exact. They were the light of her life, she loved them to death and they always played together. Her parents were rather strict with her, but she never hated them for it. She liked structure. They moved into Rangton because the government wanted her parents to investigate the shapechangers, a job they were all too willing to accept. Her family had a long and terrible history with shapechangers. It only got worse, one day Roxie was playing with her little brother and sister, she went inside and when she came back out. Was traumatic, a shapechanger was there, her little siblings dead. She ran back inside, and before the shapechanger could escape she shot. From that day on, Roxie understood why her family hatted the Shapechangers.

Roxie played in the marching band, something she really quite enjoyed. Really the only reason her parents let her do it was because of its military background. Maybe if she hadn’t grown up the way she did she would pursue a career in a professional marching band or teacher.

Still gotta finishing discussing what we are gonna do." He responded, thinking she was talking about what he had told her yesterday about going into town(not certain if you were so.. XD).

"It's nice to meet you too, Aleksander." She said, drawing out his name a bit in her accent. She smiled brightly at him when he said her accent was brilliant. She then froze up, looking a tad confused and a bit nervous for a second. "You're friends..? Are there a lot of them?" She asked him, a bit concerned. Being around a bunch of shapechangers didn't sound very fun, because they were probably pretty unpredictable. Plus she didn't know or trust this man well enough just yet. "I'm not to good around a bunch of people." She lied, though making it pretty damn convincing. Being one of the ones that were supposed to watch the shapechangers and collect information she got really good at lying since she usually never told the truth in reports if she met a shapechanger, which wasn't often.

"I could tell, you don't live with someone for 13 years and not pick up on the things that they do"She wouldn't call Lucas over protective, since she could get protective to. But he acted more like a dad to everyone and sometimes he just needed the others to help him out. "We know you don't, but it only makes us worry more. Your not superman or anything like that. Though that would be cool, your just like the rest of us" She nodded, "Thanks, I do like to bake. Surprised everyone's not fat from all my baking." She shrugged with a grin, "Hey, puns are my things. How else am I supposed to make ya'll laugh?" She set the mug into her lap, taking in all it's warmth and glory. "Yeah, I think her and Noah were talking. She should be up soon though" She yawned again, this time smaller. She couldn't help but think back when she first came to the cabin, scared, utterly helpless. She didn't speak to anyone for months, she was completely mute. Now she was sitting her having conversations with everyone. "Did you have any plans in particular?" (yeah that's what I was talking about)

"True.." Lucas trailed off for a moment and listened to her. "Yeah, I am too." He couldn't help but laugh. Knowing how much some of the others ate whenever she decides to back it's a wonder that they are all in pretty good shape. He then shrugged. "I guess you have a bit of a point. Without your puns you'd be pretty boring." He teased and laughed. "Hmm.. I'm not really certain yet. But like I said last night you could be in your can form and help us get a bit of information. We need to see what all the humans have found out about us, what they are planning, stuff like that. With you as a cat you can get around easier without being noticed as a shifter and you can fit into smaller spaces than we can." He told her.

She fell into a fit of giggles after she had finished her over dramatized act. Taking in a few deep breaths to calm herself so she could hear his plans. She nodded at that, "But you and Eva just cant walk around town willy nilly, practically everyone knows everyone in the town it's so small. Hmm, how about you guys are a new couple? Who wanted to visit the town, take a walk around? You decided to bring your cat along, cause you guys just absolutely love your little kitty." She nodded, already liking the formulated plan. Lucas couldn't help but laugh at her overly dramatized performance. Once she had stopped and started talking about going into town he listened to her idea quietly. "That thought had occurred to me, but Eva wanted to snoop around too, as a dog." He told her. "I mean that might work for a while but whenever she turns into a dog and leaves me? What then? People might get a bit suspicious especially if she is gone for a while." He explained to her, trying to figure out another way this might work.

"Hmm, true" She scratched her chin, in thought. "Okay, new plan. Your a lonely guy, walking his dog, and apparently taking his cat along. Whenever we leave, were going our buisness or something. Betty moved her hand over her mouth, a snort of laughter coming from her. "Please, that has got to be the plan. I can already imagine it now, you yelling at a fire hydrant! I'm begging for you to do that. I need to see it happen, it's to good not to see" She couldn't help but laugh at the very thought. Lucas, doing something crazy and off the wall. Plus the way other people would look at him. Then again she didn't think she would be able to contain all that laughter. "It is for the fate of our homes, and all shapeshifters! Contacts should be no problem"
