Abilities
Phoebus, as a human, has the weakened properties of his attributes:
1. Revered by the Oracles, he was once a prophet, able to sometimes predict the future of a person. However, now he can only tell if something's going to happen just some minutes or sometimes days before it does but what it is, he can never tell exactly what or when it is, even though he gets an idea. Most humans just call it a high level of intuition or, depending, paranoia.
2. Due to this, he is known as the God of Truth considering the fact he doesn't believe in telling lies. With this, in his weakened state, he has the ability to detect when someone's lying... however if the person believes what they are saying, then he won't detect it thus also if someone does tell the partial truth but hides something back, he won't be able to tell they are holding back something.
3. Known to spread plague and disease with his bow and arrows, Phoebus is proficient in archery (though it will take him a bit of time to learn the more modern bows) and is also able to make someone sick by touching them though in his weakened state can only give something akin to a cold or mild flu or stomach virus. He must also do so through touch.
4. However, because the Greeks also believed that Gods who could spread disease could also prevent it, Apollo was known as the God of Healing, or Medicine, and was thought to have given the science of medicine to man. With this, he is also able to heal said ailments but again, only through touch and only things like the flu and such. The same goes for small wounds and he has knowledge almost akin to a family doctor, if not more, on the current medicines and treatments for different things.
5. Believed to ride a chariot drawn by four horses to move the sun across the sky, Apollo is also known as the God of the Sun and Light. In his weakened state, however, he is only able to call upon light to light up dimly lit rooms or darkened areas in the form of small, brightly glowing orbs. He can also never get sunburn. >.>
6. As the God of Music, Poetry, and Art, it would be obvious that he would be talented at playing practically any instrument (ancient or modern) as well as singing, drawing, painting, and, well, poetry. However, he would still have to learn about the more modern instruments before becoming talented with them as well as learning about the new drawing and painting 'devices' (pens, pencils, markers, the much more differently made paints, etc). He has also come to Earth with his Lyre.

Personality Traits
1. Truthful - Sometimes to a fault, Phoebus will never tell someone a lie, whether they want to hear it or not. He will tell something as it is, no matter how much it might hurt a person.
2. Determined - Despite the fact he accepts things as they are, that doesn't mean he won't strive to make it something better. If a situation is bad, he won't just give up just because the facts may be against them.
3. Flirty - Phoebus likes to flirt without restraint to men and women alike, whether or not it earns him a slap/punch or two (though he will definitely admit he would have deserved it).
4. Obsessive - Unfortunately his flirtatious nature can become a bit obsessive if he really likes someone, doing anything to keep them with him. He chases after them to a fault and a lot of lovers he has made or gained have died as a result of trying to escape his obsessive nature, some even committing suicide to do so. Due to this, he's become afraid of commitment which was why he denied the Furies though his nature, unfortunately, does not allow him to not want it.
5. Playful - His flirty nature makes him the playful type to enjoy having fun with those he befriends or chases after. As such, he can be seen as a romantic kind of guy because he enjoys pleasing those he's fallen for, to a fault sometimes however as mentioned above.
6. Serene - When Phoebus isn't being his usual self, when he's alone, he can be calm and thoughtful, always thinking of something or another. Sometimes, in this state, he can seem as if he's lonely but he never lets it get to him.

I understand the relationship will be slow when they begin but is there going to be a clue/event that lets the god know that this is the person they've been searching for?

The Fates are very evil. You see, there is no 'one true soulmate', like the Gods think. No, there's a variety of people who all hold the possibiltiy.

Now, the Gods will be able to sense that something is different about these humans, but they don't know which specific one is for them. What they sense is also what the Titans and monsters sense. Possibility.

I figured this way, people could have real romances, not prearranged ones. Makes the rp more fun.
