Mariah's Savior
Age: 12 years
Status: Pregnant
Lead mare
Talking to herdmates
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Mariah watched the other two mares say their goodbyes and keep quiet herself. She only spoke up later on,
"Good luck, safe travels. I hope to maybe see you again one day," the silver black cream mare told them with a melancholy smile.
"We'll take care, no worries." As the foals were mentioned, she reached around to touch her widened side. She was starting to think of names, she liked to be prepared. When Akuma came back, Mariah was still determined to either distract him or comfort him. Still, Riku deserved this chance, she wasn't going to give him up. And Winter did seem to take quite the shine to him, it would be a shame to ruin this potential partnership.

Jokull
Age: 10 years
Status: Band stallion
With his mare
And his ally
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Jokull backed off as his mare pinned her ears. He didn't want to rush Nakiah into anything and to be frank he was enjoying this. He finished grooming her and just laid his head over her rump, not really doing anything except giving her one nuzzle. He was planning on expanding her comfort zone and seeing what her boundaries were. They'd have to be figured out sooner or later, and in his opinion sooner was better. Still, he had to remind himself to take it slow and not scare her off. He cared for his mare, and was quickly forming a serious bond with her. Only issue was he wasn't sure if she felt the same way.

Cain's Rumored Fable
Age: 4 years
Status: Bachelor
Chattin' up a mare & filly
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Cain cocked his head as he approached, watching as Angel tucked her foal behind her. He advanced all the way up to where he could reach out and touch her, then promptly stopped. His blue eyes pierced her and her foal for a moment before he tossed his head upwards, upper lip curled. He could smell her scent, though it seemed faint, and could tell her foal was a little girl. With a small smack, his lip came back down and his lopsided grin returned.
"Hey there, dame. The name's Cain, you mind coming with me?" He asked, though you could tell that there wasn't going to be a whole lot of choice offered.
He was done coming up on the short end of the stick and was perfectly fine with snaking this mare to get her into his 'herd'. After all, the biggest issue he'd have to worry about would be other stallions. Mares weren't too hard to tame, they should come quietly. Why wouldn't they? Cain was a handsome and able stallion, he should be dreamboat material, right?

Safara
Age: 3 years
Status: Covered
Band mare
Dealing with her stally
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Sara let out a small sigh as he quit touching her, relieved yet she missed it just because she had just started to get used to it. The young brindle mare listened to the stallion beside her as she watched Game prance around. The general explanation he gave her did not interest her as much, there were already plenty of horses running around and she was obviously here. But then he started to go ahead and reveal his own interest in them, and of course she was interested in that. Ah, it was't that original though, just the bloodline spreading that was typical of their kind, stallions. However, his next point was valid and it made her a bit more reassured. Samurai admitted that foals were fun, but the whole responsibility thing -- eh that wasn't really for her.
Safara shrugged her shoulders, brushing against him temporarily.
"I don't know about that, but I suppose if you say so." She pulled a bit of a face, unsure of what to think of all of this.
Deciding that this seemed alright, she decided to pose another question.
"Well, what's up with this herd? Why are there two stallions? It just doesn't really make sense..." She trailed off because even if it didn't make sense, it apparently worked because here she and the other mares were.
