Mika
She smiled as he felt Bear curl up around her. She licked his cheek then laid her head down with a happy sigh and closed her eyes. It didn't take long before sleep took over.

Grizzly
He looked up and down the street then looked over his shoulder and back at the dumpster which his sister and Red were in. He sighed and hung his head, staring down at his paws for only a few moments before raising his head again in a long and deep howl. When he as with his team, this is how they often communicated but, it wasn't a normal howl. They had almost made their own language using different pitches and lengths of their howls. He knew that not everyone would be able to understand his howls, but, his team mates would and they would respond if they were around. He stopped howling and waited patiently to see if there would be any response. Although it was very unlikely, he still had hope.

Shasta
She heard growls and snarls and jolted awake to find Grizzly growling at Red before walking out with hackles raised. She sighed and shook her head then scooted herself closer to Red and touched her muzzle comfortingly to his side. "Don't take what he says to heart, Red. He just has a habit of spitting out threats and tends to be a lot more aggressive when he's upset about something. He'd even snap at me. I know you are only helping and honestly, the best thing to do is just ignore him and don't take his words to heart." she told him softly, hoping he would understand.

Red
he heard her voice and smiled softly "okay and shasta thanks your really kind and calm" he smiled

he smiled and closed his eyes feeling the cold breeze he slept

she walked through the road and sniffed the ground smelling a different dog she didn't know what to do she stayed there looking around

Grizzly
He listened carefully, ears pricked erect and his eyes watchful for any sign of anyone. But, to no surprise, there was nothing.. Maybe tomorrow he and Shasta would head back to Alaska in search of their lost team mates. But, they would just have to see..

Shasta
She pricked her ears at hearing an odd sounding howl. She wagged her tail excitedly then stilled it when she realized it was only Grizzly. She looked at Red and smiled softly at him then nodded. "You're welcome. And i have to be, or at least i do now, with the way Grizzly's been acting." she told him then sighed and rested her head back down on her paws.

Red
he smiled and friendly nuzzl;ed her "i know my sister was the opposite of me"

Grizzly
He stood back up and began slowly heading back down the dumpster. He stopped every know and again to check behind him, still hoping he would see someone.

Shasta
"I'm sure she was just wonderful." She told Red kindly. "Grizzly is my only sibling." she told him

Dodge
He padded out of the barn and headed across the fields and into the trees past that. He scented the air as he walked along to make sure there were no other dogs around. He hadn't been to the city since the disaster and wanted to know just how much damage had been done to it, he always wanted to see how many dogs were still there and if any of them needed help. He stopped at the edge of the trees and stared down at the destroyed remains of the once great city. Now it was nothing but ruins.

he smiled and nodded "thanks and she was mine until the snow burried her"

he saw grizzly and walked over proudly
