Dawnfire was surprised that shadowtail was so calm. She was having an anxiety attack inside and was hoping jaxpaw wouldn't scent it.

Dawnfire looked at shadowtail, willing him to speak but he wasn't so she stepped in." No, not at all. We were just talking about a storm that looks like its coming. "

"Yup." He purred and moved a bit, smiling at the black apprentice.

Dawnfire shuffled her paws, waiting for the uncomfortable silence to break.

"What storm?" JaxPaw looked up "oh.. That one" he whispered

" ya, im going back to camp. See you later " dawnfire said then whispered in shadowtail ear." Please talk to him about us" then leaped of the tree and pelted back to camp.

"Ok..." He whispered back and stood up, jumping off the tree. "So Jaxpaw, how are you and Amberpaw?" He mewed and sniffed the cold, bitter air.

"I already told you how I was with her," he mewed a little annoyed that his father didnt listen to him the first time.

"Woah I was asking to make SURE." He said a little frustrated. "Jaxpaw, would you be uncomfortable if I were to like someone?" He said calmly and walked with him into the dark woods.
