Rarity scalloped over to a large thicket, looking out for enemies. She scraped her goof on a thorn and whined, licking it regretfully.

Wolfheart landed in front of Rarity. The hurrok's fur was streaked with blood, and she looked like she was a killer.



"Afraid your cries are of no use," said the shadow-draconequus. Its sharp claws tore into the side of Discord's neck, causing another cry of pain.

Rarity looked in front of her and screamed, jumping out of the bush. She looked at the creature, her eyes full of fear. "Please, please, please, don't kill me!!" She pleaded quickly.

"Oh you will die soon," said the shadow draconequus. "After all what better punishment for Discord than to have his little friend slaughtered before his eyes. But first..."

It raked Discord a third time, this time across the chest and licked the blood off its claws. Then it walked over to Flower...

"You are not worth killing," said Wolfheart coldly. "You are just another of those blasted ponies, not a demon like those hunting at the moment."

Rarity sighed, a bit relieved. "Right," she said, winging it. Then, she stepped back a bit. "Then, what will you do to me?" She asked, scared.
