"Come on, all the other apprentices are gonna complain." She led him out of camp through a back entrance, away from leopardfrost. Once they were in the forest, aquapaw began leading him to her favorite place. "What's wrong?"

" I had a teensy crush on Leapordfrost," he sighed

"Teensy?" Aquapaw replied, leading him through the peaceful forest.

Nightfur stretched and went to the warriors den.He walked up to his nest and curled up.He closed his eyes and fell asleep.

"And you were crying because?"
Aqua led him to a small mountain. She climbed up a tree and walked into the small opening in the mountain.

" She got a mate!" he cried

Aquapaw raised her eyebrows. "Oh....well, you weren't her first choice. There are plenty more shecats in our clan." The entrance opened up to a small, lit up pool with glowing crystals on the walls and ceilings and floor.
