When at last she gave up at trying to sleep she walked out of the warriors den and let out a startled yowl as she saw that Foxstorm was lying on the ground dead.
"Medi-star! Come quick!"

Medi-star padded out of his den, fur matted with mud and leaves. "Another cat dead?" he exclaimed.

Tumbletuft was sitting by the kill pile, chewing idly on a mouse, when she heard a yell. She was up in a flash, blue eyes nervously sweeping the camp. When she saw no obvious danger, she decided to follow the sound. As soon as she reached the area the yell had come from, her eyes locked on Sparrowpelt, then onto Foxstorm. She gave a whimper, ears being pinned back. "F- Foxstorm! Sparrowpelt, w- what happened?" she whispered, eyes filling with tears.
