The night was calm. Not even the usually noisy crickets made a sound, and every cat slumbered just as quietly. However, a dark figure moved through the camp and slipped into the apprentice den. A few moments later, it was gone. All that was left was pooling blood and a dead apprentice. Ravenpaw's throat had been slit with sharp claws.

Hopepetal woke up and smelt blood. Sleepily, she slid out of the warriors den and gasped. "Ravenpaw!!!" She shrieked.

StripeStar was sleeping in her den and awoke with a small gasp. she instantly stood up and shook her fur and walked out of her den. She stretched a little an smelt an odd smell "B-blood?" she questioned herself and followed the scent to Ravenpaw's body "B-B" she started then her eyes went wide and she had a melt down. She slide down and waylaying on the ground, her nose pretty close to Ravenpaw's blood covered body "R-Ravenpaw....B-Blood.....D-Dead" she wined fairly loud
