No, not always true. My friend, Owl, started over and she has lots of list pets, while joining just under a week ago. Some times people want a fresh start, but that doesn't mean they're cheating. Plus, some people have friends on here before they even came. I've gifted another on of my friends a lot of list pets the day she joined, but that's not cheating.

Alot of people agree that its worth an '09 rare, store pets cost 20C$ and '09 rares are worth 20C$
