Yes they are, I got one since they increased the limit (I had already hit 225 yesterday). I've only gotten tokens and one animal egg since it was increased, no new items for me yet

Pretty sure that they won't be releasing any more bunnies, since today is the last day of collecting tokens from the banner and the last four days is just trading your tokens away.
