Rainkit shook her head, turning her back again. Playing was overrated. Her beautiful ivory colored pelt stood out in the nursery, because it was so light.

Auralight slid into the camp, sighing. Her body seemed drained as she limped on, and even with her one eye everything seemed to be blurry. She had been hunting all day but even so could not catch anything. Her beautiful creme pelt was splattered with brown mud and her paws dragged on. All she wanted to do was sleep.

Sunnykit looked at them. "Why are you guys so negative?" He looked at his grouchy sisters, he shrugged his shoulders and pounced on his mother's tail.

Stripedflame pretended to look hurt,"OWW!"

Drizzlekit shrugged.

(you wanna play breezekit then?)

Windflight stared at Redpool, silent.

Sunnykit jumped back scared. "Are you okay mommy?" He licked her tail.

"Why..." He cried, Redpool said silently.

Frostgaze laughed and licked Kestrelkit's forehead.

Tigerkit stopped suckling and curled up in the nest.

Stripedflame purred,"I'm okay little one."


Windflight whispered,"I couldn't leave you."

Frostgaze playfully yowled. "Owww" He said then fakely plopped dead.

Sunnykit purred. "Okay mommy, I love you!" He said brightly.

{Sunnykit is so happy, I want him to stay that way forever XD}

Redpool stopped tearing up then looked at her. "Why did you leave in the first place if you couldn't leave me."

Windflight whispered,"I couldn't stand it.. The memories... But I realized when i am with you they're gone.."

Drizzlekit and Breezekit bounded over. Breezekit's little tom-cat abilities of dominance took over,"Can i also be leader?" Drizzlekit boasted,"I could tear Breezekit to pieces!"

Rainpaw watched the two kits play silently, her cute paws tucked gently under her. She was the smallest of the litter, and the most quietest. Sighing, she slipped outside, her blue eyes bright and wide. Loving the cool feeling on her back, she trotted elegantly forward, looking around.
