hi guys-

not necessarily asking if this is fair because we are just trying to work out value at the moment but i'm not too sure how to value the second side with the demand disparity if im trading these pets for rats? I know how to break it down generally but im also not too sure about the rest of the (not malk) 09 staff pets.

I know its a LOT of pets but if someone give a general/estimated value to the staff pets side id be so grateful

The Staff pets would just be considered regular (now very) rares. Since they don't have the same demand as the Shima Longtail or Malk Mutant there isn't really any overpay for them.

I did my best calculating it all... I used demands from Horror's guide pre-dating the rarity update so the rats may be inaccurate. I left out the VRs on each side I didn't recongnize, which are probably regular 2009-2010 rares and don't stack up much.

*Key: > means at least and pets may go for much more because of demand

Rat Side: Total = >6-7 MA

OMGSRS

Toxic Rat = 0,25 NON = 3-4 MA
Panther Rat = Former Advent = 1 MA
Brown Speckled Rat = Former Sept = 0,5-1 MA
ER

Light Heart Valentines 2nd Gen = Former October = 0,5 MA
Giraffe Rat = Former October = 0,5 MA
Orca Rat = Former Oct = 0,5 MA
Skull 2nd Gen = from 2010

Your Side: Total = >9 MA

9 2009 Staff Dogs (Excl malk's) = >1 MA altogether
High Value:

Malk Mutant = 1 MA
Storgis (2) = 1,5 MA/ea = 3 MA
Robo Cat = 0,5-1 MA
Grown Cheetahs (2) = 0,5 MA/ea = 1 MA
Grown Tiger = 2 '09 R/ea = 4 '09 R = 0,5 MA
PPS Tiger = >0,5 MA
2017 Stores (5) = ~2 '09 R/ea at least = >1 MA altogether
PPS Gryphon = >0,5 MA
2019 Store = 1-2 '09 R (55-65 c$?)

Definitely unfair to you, using the “2:1 rule” for rarities. Their side doesn’t even add up to one of the VUC, let alone two EUCs.

True-date Zodiacs are worth 0,5 MA = 3-4 '09 R. The items are from 2008 and 2009 respectively (Confetti from 1st CS Birthday). They aren't popular so are worth maybe an '09 UC-R/ea. So, at the very least they are offering ~2-3 '09 rares, plus a 2010 very rare which can either be worth 1-2 '09 Rs (more-so personal preference). It's a fair in my eyes but you would be "Trading Down" in demand.
