Either Holy Toledo by Vundabar or Hungover In The City Of Dust by Autoheart! Holy Toledo simply because the lyrics are depressing despite the catchy tune (look them up if you haven't heard the song) but it also repeats the lines over and over so the song might not be for everyone! HITCOD is a bit slower at points and then speeds up but the singer pretty much talks about the mental struggles he has in relation to a relationship that is falling apart. (I think, I'm not the best at analyzing music!) But if you want to please listen! They're both very good and I didn't really notice they were "sad" the first time around!

oh gd, i don't even know. thinking about the future almost always gives me anxiety so i try not to think about it. hopefully owning a store that sells taxidermy/natural history and clothes i've designed myself, though. i've been trying to learn how to sew for awhile, i've been really interested in making my own one-of-a-kind pieces for awhile now.

sad song that's specific to me (is not really a sad song) is "red shoes" by dolly parton because it reminds me of my aunt.

sad song that i would recommend to other people if they want to break down is "chanson" by moxy phinx because it's just. sad.

double posting because the thread is slow!!
I adore making playlists and I always have a specific vibe or general theme in mind when making them, so I'll just drop a few of my favorites!
1- A Russian post-punk (and occasionally synth-pop) playlist inspired by the changing of the seasons

2- This one is inspired by an interaction I had with a friend, once. I was in her car, and we were driving late at night to pick up my sister and her friend. She had spotify playing in her car and she was playing a Molchat Doma song and she got really excited and said "YEEESSS! This is a night driving song!" because it kind of fit with the general ~vibe~ we had going. This is a bunch of mostly russian post punk songs that I think would be for night driving.

3- The companion to Night Driving! This is for night walking!

4- This is inspired by an OC of mine!Starts off with a couple folk-inspired songs, and becomes progressively darker and more intense before ending with a soft landing.

5- This is just an unorganized mess. There is no general theme for this one aside from that I would want to put these songs in a movie.

i love lord of the rings!! many of tolkien's side stories are among my favorites as well but nothing beats the lord of the rings. been watching it over and over since i was a kid & have two copies of each book (including a nice leather bound copy), different copies of the movie. return of the king is probably my favorite b/c my dad and i watched it together so much : ) i got a half sleeve tattoo on my forearm of the ents and the fellowship! it has taught me many life lessons, and continues to do so even now as an adult.

good question! i'd probably pick squirrels, mostly because i see them where i live all the time. they must have some interesting stories to tell, and they'd make good allies if you're tryna do the sneaky sneaky. also, i'd assume every squirrel did at some point come across a near death experience because of the risks they take and how invasive some of my neighborhood kids can be,, so that'd be very interesting to hear as well :")
