Ashpaw didn't mean to snap at Birchpaw at all, she was just full of concern and worry for her mentor, that was all. She felt as if this was her fault, she was the one to blame. She began to panic in place and wondered if Ashstar would scold her. Or even kick her out of the clan. Her stomach churned with anxiety as she stared down at her paws in worry, she really enjoyed being here and it would hurt her even more if she was banish for this. She glanced over towards Hawkbreeze and Wolfsoul and saw their slightly matted pelts from the fight. Shaking her head she ushered off towards Faclonblaze. "I am so sorry Faclonblaze!" The massive calico stepped over it without a second thought and kept walking until he reached his own den - a shielded space under the intertwined branches a couple fallen trees. He checked his surroundings to make sure that no one was lurking about, before he lay down in the soft moss inside his den.

Turning her attention to Singedeyes Rainypaw snorted ”Firewillow and Sunfeather aren’t around. I am though, what do you need?” she asked. Stepping in front of the other apprentices the medicine cat apprentice’s gaze turned serious as she glanced over the kit and the warrior. She hadn’t had many ‘cases’ on her own.. But Sunfeather had taught her well and she was confident she could handle it in his absence.

Rainypaw nodded, but before she could speak Ashpaw beat her to it. Concern flashed in her eyes as she listened to the she-cat. She'd have to talk to Birchpaw about this later.. Try to explain everything.. She didn't want anyone to get upset at each other over small misunderstandings. "Thank you Birchpaw." she said simply before she looked back at the two cats who had entered the medicine cat's den again. As much as she wanted to run out after Ashpaw and make sure everyone was okay.. The cats who'd just entered the den might need her attention first.

The silver tabby still thought she needed more practice, but perhaps she could get it right next turn. Then she smelled another unfamiliar sent. Who now? She thought.
