When Taiyo puts up a dog for adoption, it runs sort of like an auction -- you post your form all filled out, and offer pets on the dog you're bidding on. After awhile Taiyo announces the winner of said dog, and once the winner's payment is sent and received they'll own the dog. c:

Currently though, there aren't any dogs up for adoption.
