Hi, I always LOVE CHICKENS!! !THESE HENS ARE GREAT CHICKENS!any one ever draw or paint "Bamtam Chickens"? they are smaller with pheasant-like markings and the litlle chicks have stripes and spots.they are great chickens.I would recommend them for pets. They are smaller, and would have a nice neat little chicken house. Not as big as Rhode Island Reds or some of those such bigger chickens.If I remember right, the male rooster has very beautiful markings and the hens look like a little wild bird of some kind. (Of course the hens are duller colors than the males. I should look that up,

I think the hens are brownish and a bit of color around their necks. I miss them. If you ever go to some kind of County Fair, (and sometimes a state fair)in the United States, in some of the states they have a lot of animals because the agricultural states and counties, bring an animal or two (even a sow, female pig)with a batch of little tiny pink piglets, to show off what nice animals the different farmers raise. Also, kids and teens join the "4H" and carefully raise an animal from very small (even a calf, ). until it becomes full grown.They are learning skills to become likely farmers or ranchers.

HMM..Maybe that is an idea for a project. Draw the animal as a baby (choose the type you want) and see if you could find examples of them,(see internet research) as they grow thru a couple stages until they are adults.And draw yourself (or an imaginary you) as the "4H" kid or teen who has "brought up" the animal, at the final adult stage. Of course since this is Chicken Smoothie, draw your IMAGINARY BABY ANIMAL, thru a couple growth stages, until it is an adult; with you as the proud "4H"-er. That could include every single type of animal you could imagine. Even animals that are now extinct, but lived long ago. (Jurassic Park
for the County Fair) I would say, include creatures on land,in sea, and in the air,and even outer space, or other planets. As an example, maybe you could start with a baby jelly fish, and raise it to an adult jelly fish. (????__)) Well, it was just an idea. heh heh.
