mackey has given me a great leeway to use songs as registered/call names. sheltering sky is my favorite john mackey piece of all time, as i've mentioned before, but the songs Hymn to a Blue Hour and Aurora Awakes are close up there as well. i originally wanted to use these registered names for a sibling pair out of him, but when i saw Neptune, i knew he had to have the name. hopefully the sierra x mackey litter will give me an aurora.
