i do not have a journal, but whenever something is bugging me, i'll usually type it all out and then delete it. sometimes just writing things down helps me get my life together and figure it out, haha!

Pretty good, I usually get 8 interrupted hours. Some nights my birds will wake me up unreasonably early tho
