DISCLAIMER
This is inspired by the Pokemon Hunger Games by lordlucario, who gave me permission to make this game,
and the Warrior Cat Hunger Games by deimos, who also gave me permission.
INTRO/EXPLANATION
Welcome to the Multi-Fandom Hunger Games!
If you're familiar with the other __HG's, this is very similar. In this game, you can enter characters from any fandom!
They can be canon characters or oc's. If you're not familiar with how the game works, let me explain. People will fill
out forms detailing their character's name, fandom, whether they are canon or an oc, gender, description, and district.
Once all 24 spots are filled, I or one of the mods will input them in this simulator. Each day/night cycle will be
posted every few minutes to allow players to discuss the rounds until it's time to continue. The winner will receive one
pet from nixie belgard/me. If I happen to win a round, the runner-up will receive the prize and spot in the Quarter Quell.

RULES
1: up to 2 characters per person.
2: do not rush me or my staff.
3: no mini-modding, please leave everything up to the mods.
4: two characters per district. no reserving, it's first come first serve. everyone will
have to wait until the host says you can now begin posting forms.
5: please choose only male and female for genders, as those are the only options for
the generator.
6: forms will automatically be closed after all the spots are filled. don't expect the
host to post the day/night cycles immediately after the forms are filled, so please be patient.
7: a mod has 48 hours to finish hosting their round. if it's not completed in that time,
another mod has the permission to start a completely new round in their place. or if able,
the former mod can give the code of their round to another who will be able to finish it.
8: you are allowed to reuse characters from earlier rounds, except one who won a
previous round - until the quarter quell is over.
9: mods cannot enter their own characters in rounds they are hosting.
10: a mod may host a round fifteen minutes after the last round has finished.
11: please do not spam the thread with talk unrelated to the current round of the game,
if you wish to discuss something, please direct it to the fanclub and try not to post about it here.
12: if you win a round or quarter quell, you may not join the next round, but can join the one after that.
