definitely the former. as much as i try to stay generally positive, when i end up in a low, i find it incredibly hard to get out of it. it's strangely tempting to keep myself in that sour, dejected mood, accelerating that self-feeding cycle of despair and frustration. it's definitely a habit that needs fixing, but i'm uncharacteristically stubborn when i have that mindset going on.

^ reminds me a lot of one of my cousins. she has a similar aesthetic to you, down to the music taste.
