i really like how you used the tail as a wig, it's really creative! i love how you have very simple borders, then a complicated one in the middle.

I don't know who the character is (I'm guessing your own OC for now.), but her colors go well with the scheme. The different shades of purple are very nice and soothing, and the text (text text text text text) looks very nice and organized. The signature is a bit off-center, but I have a feeling you will get to fixing that soon anyways. Overall, it is very organized and pretty.
