Creativity probably! Even though I don't consciously think of myself as a particularly creative person it's always such a fascinating experience completely turning my brain off and cooking up some cool story or art idea out of nowhere. I think the mind is really interesting that way and it's really fun

so i finally got around to watching that 2 hr signalis analysis pep recommended to me [honestly it took me too long] and it's insane to me how complex signalis is. you have lstr-s2301, who is literally identical to lstr-512 because they are made of the same biomechanical components, and you are led to believe she is the lstr-512 we play as the whole game. but no, lstr-2301 is only present for the pre-title sequence and THEN we play as lstr-512. this would explain why the photograph lstr-2301 finds on the ship at the start is not ariane but alina seo, ariane's past life, and lstr-2301 is lstr-512's past life. when we swap to lstr-512, the photograph of alina suddenly becomes a photograph of ariane, meaning she inherited the memories of lstr-2301. alina and ariane look identical and right before the final boss you find a letter from ariane's mom confirming this. at the false ending you approach the red gate and a troubled adler, falke's second in command, and come to learn that falke, the overseer established by aeon, looked beyond the red gate lstr-512 and her predecessors would pass through and inherited ariane's bioresonant sickness she acquired through acute radiation poisoning. as a result, falke's bioresonance further distributes the illness to the entire facility, and everyone inherits the memories of the white-haired girl who remains a mystery for the entire game [who turns out to be ariane]. ariane is literally clinging to life in her cryogenic tube and sending out bioresonant distress signals to the entire eusan nation, trying to find her lost love. there are a lot of disagreements about what ending is the real one. we come to understand adler, though violent in his means, is justified to stop elster because what we later find out is everyone suffers the time loop over and over, and he is determined to stop her from making everyone suffer through bioresonant sickness again. as much as i dislike adler this makes sense, and in what is widely believed to be the TRUE ending, ariane and elster are finally reunited but at the cost of the eusan nation as they dance in the decrepit world around them. in this essay i will

^ Taylor swift. I’ve tried so hard to enjoy her music and just like vibe with it but I can’t I don’t relate to any of the lyrics and I’m a big Midwest emo kinda music so the songs just don’t make me happy at all TnT

I was sitting in the kicthen talking to a line cook and she walked in and I literally sprang from my seat and gave her a hug which is not normal for me at all (I hate hugs like a lot because they often make me cry) but it was nice 10/10 a quick peace of mind apology for the line cook I ran out on and completely cut off mid sentence for about an hour to go talk to her TvT

^ seems to be a ceramicist or sculptor of some kind. i really understand starting many projects and not finishing them. but i also always feel better after finally finishing them.. then you can move onto another thing without the weight of all your unfinished projects LOL

i need to continue watching it, but x-files!!! it's a blast so far, i understand why it was so popular back in the day and i genuinely can't wait to watch more of it. i'm not a binger though, so im taking my sweet time with getting through it (plus i like watching it with my mom, and i'm not with her right now, so i want to hold on until i spend a night with her again or so!)
