It sucks how someone treating you poorly feels like a reflection of your failures (to appease them, to be what they wanted, etc) and not a reflection of them, no matter how logically you try and look at the situation or how many people say it wasn't your fault. At least, this is something I've been struggling with for the past several months.

having a shared interest in common is usually the main reason, with personality tied or slightly secondary to that! looks are really not a factor for me, most of my friends are online ones, so i don't find out what they look like until later (if at all)

i love spciy food but i can't handle much of it lol. i'd say the spiciest thing i can handle is package tteok-bokki? it's actually super spciy if u use the whole packet lol

^ YES but also no. I love going places because just being on planes and long car rides make me feel like I’m actually seeing the world instead of the small town I live in but I get super homesick after a few days even though I hate it here.
