Delki swatted the low hanging branches that clawed at his face. His polar bear form had subjected him to the lowest branches of the tall pine and fir trees. Normally, he wouldn't have to deal with the needles, but his bear was a lot taller than he was normally. His white fur stuck out among the green and brown of the forest. But come winter, he's blend nicely and would be able to hunt easier. As one branch poked him in the eye, he let out a pained growl and shifted back into his human body. He held his palm against the stinging eye, blinking to make it feel better. When the pain stopped, the man carried on, swishing through the bushes. Delki hadn't explored this area yet and he planned to make a day out of it. There were small carvings in some of the trees a few yards back, and he had decided to follow them to see if they led anywhere special. So far, there was nothing. Well, there was a pile of pig droppings and a few hare tracks, but other than that Delki hadn't had much luck. "I doubt there's anythin' out here." He muttered to himself. However, as soon as the words left his lips, and he pushed a low-hanging branch out of the way, a bright blue-green light illuminated his face. The man lifted an arm to try and shield the glow, but he moved closer, curiosity filling every sense. As he drew nearer, the light faded. It was still prominent, lighting up the wood, but less blinding. The source of the light seemed to be a stump. But not a rough, bark covered stump, no. It was a rounded, smooth to the touch wooden stub with intricate carvings and painted lines. Delki ran his fingers over it, amazed. This didn't seem natural. Suddenly, everything went black. Then then black turned to fuzzy blue with small white dots. A starry figure appeared in front of him. Its eyes were a milky white and their robes contained countless galaxies. "W-who are you?" Delki whispered. "My name is Novu, the God of the Stars." The man boomed, voice echoing through Delki's body "Welcome, Delki. I have been watching you. Now, tell me what you desire."

Alex returned home louder than ever. Alina and Emma were already there, sorting out the food. Alina spun around as she heard the loud knight approaching. It sounded like he was talking to someone...
"Alex!" she shouted. "What's with the noise!?"
"I told you I'm a good knight! See, I even found someone!" he squeaked and presented an older elf.
"That's good but that still doesn't prove anything," she groaned. He looked surprised at that. But he was soon distracted by food and went over to have a taste. Emma swatted his hand away and he slunk off.

Alina turned to the newcomer. "Hi there, I'm Alina, queen of the Iron Rosette. What's yours?"
"Hello. I'm Eli. Now now, what have I stumbled upon..." the man thought aloud.
"Allow me to explain. Would you like a drink?" she offered and made him follow her. He nodded with her offer and joined her at a small table. She told Eli about the Iron Rosette and immediately afterwards made him go to work...

Ezequiel looked at the short girl that stood next to Indigo. He had met Indigo before, so he was trying to remember if this other person was Ruby; He'd never seen her, but listened when her sister talked about her. 'She doesn't seem blind...'
"And so as Wolf you will be one of the hunters- Well, right now the only hunter, but I'll definitely be coming with you on the hunts for now! I've got some skills with a bow." Indigo went over.
Z started moving his eyes along the whole camp. Under the deck he was standing on was pretty much murky and muddy waters. He had always lived in dense forests, these swamp lands were much different to him. 'I'll have to learn to fish pretty soon.' However, despite the harsh and wet terrain, the shared cabin they were in at the moment seemed pretty sturdy. Even the started construction on another cabin seemed to be great bones for a new home for him or the other girl. 'Speaking of her...' His eyes landed on this baby-faced little girl. "And who's she?" Z questioned, cocking his head towards the child.
The leader glanced over at her, grinning. "That's Juno! She's the new Head Bear!" She informed.
'Head Bear? Bear as in the fighters...?' He looked at this girl, who looked as if she was only 11 or so. "Uhhhh. Okay then." He simply dismissed. "How about that hunting then?" He questioned, ready to head on out.
"Let me just gather my bow and arrows!" She chidded quickly, hurrying over to her hut across the deck.
Juno looked over, grinning wickedly and almost giving Z goose-bumps. 'Am I underestimating this girl...?'

''I am Ayberk Seastride.'' The vampire declared, as though this was some sort of noble proclamation that they all should've recognized immediately. ''And I want nothing to do with you lot.'' With a resolute scoff, Ayberk whirled around on their heels and decisively strode towards the exit when he was suddenly stopped by the mute human; a surprisingly strong hand forcing them back into the dark of the cave. ''Hey? What gives, mortal?'' Ayberk snarled, needle-sharp fangs bared in a display of aggressive power. ''Would you really risk my wrath? When I can so easily rip your throat out and leave for dead? Don't be so cocky now...''

Leo looked at him beseechingly, motioning to the harsh sunlight outside and back again to Ayberk's chest. Although dumb and mute, the mortal knew that if Ayberk took a step outside, the vampire would be quickly vaporized and while Leo didn't think much of their arrogant attitude, they didn't want them to die either.

''He doesn't want you to die, stupid.'' Thurayya pointed out, crossing her arms. ''It's bright out there, and it's not going to get dark for a long time.'' She pointed out, with a hint of smug in her words; proud to have gotten the vampire caught. ''But hey, it's your funeral.''

With a fierce glare that could've easily withered the strongest oak, Ayberk let out a long-suffering sigh. ''Alright...'' They growled out, nodding at Leo in quiet acknowledgement. ''Thank you, mortal.'' The vampire murmured, stepping back into the shadows and perching themselves on a large granite boulder. ''...So, do I just sulk here?'' Ayberk inquired, their voice gruff. ''Or do you have something for me to do?''

Watching two gasping fish, Solaris turned slowly to the newcomer. ''You could always help gather vegetables, it'd be nice to have a salad to go with the fish.'' The centaur pointed out, watching the frown of the vampire only grow more and more. ''Unless you'd rather help gut and skin the fish?'' Solaris suggested, rising to her hooves; she easily towered over everyone else. ''It's a messy job, with lots of blood and scales but I'm sure you can do it.''

''I've never seen someone leave so quickly before!'' Thurayya giggled, hand covering her mirth. ''Are they really that squeamish, do you think?'' The shapeshifter elbowed Solaris hard in the ribs, but the centaur did her best not to wince. ''Man, for a vampire, they really don't like blood.''

Solaris nodded quietly, thoughtful. ''Yeah, it is odd.'' She hummed, away with the clouds.

Eshni gasped with pure delight when she saw the fox cub that Seanni and her group had found. He was so cute! Nevermind that Seanni was wincing and calling for someone to fetch Shollun from his laboratory. Nevermind that Abesses was taking the cub gingerly in his arms. Nevermind all of that, because Sparky was just too adorable.

"Can I keep him?" asked Eshni, walking up bravely to Abesses.

The master Beastcrafter looked down with a small frown. "What for?"

“I wanna train Sparky,” the small girl said. “And play with him. The canines don’t play with me.”

"They’re working animals," responded Abesses. "They don’t have time to play."

Eshni pouted. "So can I keep Sparky?"

"She already named him, I see," said N’reg who’d walked over to them after handing off Seanni to Shollun.

"Yeah!" responded Eshni enthusiastically. "Sparky is a good name for a fox."

"And Sparky he will be," chuckled the bronzerider as he ruffled Eshni’s hair. She squealed in delight and ran off into the bowels of the North Tower. Seanni and Reynolds planned to construct a second tower, the South Tower, which would be a few thousand dragonlengths at most away from the currently-completed tower. This way, there would be enough space for the Lower Caverns staff (although, N’reg supposed, it would have to be renamed to something more appropriate for the weyrhold), the Weyrwoman and Weyrleader, any junior goldriders, and guests of the weyrhold.

N’reg turned to Abesses. "Make sure she spends some time training Sparky. She might want to become a Beastcrafter later and even if she doesn’t, animal husbandry is a good skill for her to know."

Abesses have a crooked smile. "Thinking of brushing up on it yourself?"

N’reg grinned. "Sure, why not? It’s not like the bovines are hard to take care of, right?" Abesses started laughing evilly and N’reg’s face became worried. "Right? Abesses, c'mon. You can’t hold out on me!"

Seanni grinned and cheered as Waxinnan declared the two couples to be officially married in the shade underneath the redfruit trees at East Weyrhold. While the marriage between Tugall and Kivee had been unexpected, she, N'reg, and Renolla had been placing bets on when Baridna and Boldosh would marry as the two had been close for turns.

Kivee flushed as Tugall kissed her and cheers rose up. In front of the pairs stood Eshni, who had insisted on wearing a purple dress emblazoned with red flowers, throwing multi-colored flower petals every few seconds. The small girl, who was almost ready to begin helping to tend to the fields outside the Tower, looked back at Wax who motioned for her to stop throwing. Eshni cheered, overturned the basket, and ran back to her waiting parents.

"May they be happy together!" concluded Wax. The other weyrholdfolk cheered.

The gods were surely smiling on them. A human had been sent as the Stormclouds' War Chief, and on her way back from requesting him Cassandra had come across a Kelpie willing to serve as a scout. Thorne and Wynia had been brought back to the castle, and moved in fairly quickly.

Wynia, as a Kelpie, could go between humanoid, horse, and a sort of glowing water form, had taken up residence on the lowest floor, close to the set of side doors that led out to the beach where Finnick read and talked to the others. It was a little startling to see a horse and yet know it was actually a Kelpie, but Cassandra was starting to get used to it.

Thorne was the War Chief, and had claimed a living quarters somewhat close to Cassandra's. He'd brought a small knife with him, but other than that was weaponless. He was determined to change that though, and was scouring the castle and islands for anything he could find to use as trade for weapons.

Spring
Spring is here! During spring, birthings will be smooth and the chances of mothers or children dying during birth will drop dramatically. There is also a higher chance of catching more prey or finding new people and skilled animals looking for shelter, and the odds of sickness will drop.

If your villagers look up, they will see stormclouds forming in the distance and some may even feel the first drops of rain. While an annoyance, the rain will help to water crops and clean out the camp. Children will enjoy splashing in puddles but your adults should ensure that they don't spend too long in the rain, lest they catch a cold.

Like ame said in her first reply, please let me know if you have a problem with my rolls and I don't mind if you use pictures/doll makers just as long as you let me know if any traits are off. Skin tone and hair color can be a couple shades off but eye color and hair style should remain the same.
