EXCITABLE BOY BY WARREN ZEVON! And "Preludes", also by Warren Zevon! I am a huge mega ultra super nerd when it comes to Warren Zevon (or just '70s music in general but especially Zevon) so naturally he's my big fave lol. Preludes is super relaxing and calming and I always listen to it when I'm sad, and Excitable Boy is pretty dark sometimes but it has a comedic flare to some songs on there. Love love love Zevon and I wish more people knew him beyond "Werewolves of London", underrated genius <3

^ I can totally understand what you mean. Having conflicting emotions sucks sometimes and just makes me feel confused, but hey that's a part of being human, we've all been there before and I promise you're not at all alone! Just make sure you're getting enough sleep too, that definitely helps!
