Mostly just getting through things. It's the end of the day now (it's 12am for me) but I went to a lecture - which was rather dull - and then went to work, which was a bit more interesting, at least. Well, I am going to try do some more work on a painting this evening/morning, and then read some of the Magnus Archives.

> I've sort of taken up sewing. I asked my mother for her sewing kit to fix the straps of one of my tank tops, and it was actually much easier than expected. I did learn to sew when I was little (like, 7 or 8) and I was surprised that I still knew how. I guess it's not very complicated. Anyways, I want to now work on resizing some thrift store which are too big for me. They're for a cosplay and I can't find anything similar online, and I did really enjoy the little tanktop project anyway. Hopefully I'll get started tomorrow.

hmmm idk i haven't really left my house cause it's storming and our basement flooded ;w; but today i went to get my hair touched up and walking down the street to my uber i got a bunch of compliments!!! (it's bright red so hard to miss lol.) and the starbucks barista was gushing over it too, i've been tempted to return to my natural color lately since it's so high-maintenance but today may have changed my mind c':

i would probably never bc money and idk much about taking care of them but...chinchilla... theyre so so soft and I like their little grabbies and the silly tail and how they take a dust bath and I like them :)

The canyon by my house. My grandma used to own this huge property WI a sagebrush forest and my brother and cousins and I would always play games and have all sorts of fun. But sadly she had to sell it

dunno if it really counts but when I was staying at the hospital the nurses were there super nice to me. like very very sweet, complimenting my face and figure lots, it was really nice lol 😭😭 the whole stay was really lovely and a bit of a fever drea lmao. also a guy running up to me to tell me I look pretty. was very nice, made me happy (: i didn't get told much nice about my appearance at home so I really appreciate those as shallow as it is hahah

Back to Oregon! It's super beautiful there and I miss the beach, buildings, restaurants and really everything about that state. Maybe Lincoln City because I lived there ~10 years ago and have a bunch of awesome memories there, it's also a super underrated city I think and I really miss the sound of seagulls and the waves at the beach. It was super cold and foggy/misty half the time from what I remember there but it was just heaven on earth for me. Generally speaking though anywhere with oceans and/or snow!

^ It's better late than never, I'm sure he'll absolutely love the gift no matter what!! I hate when that happens too though lol, it sucks going somewhere and needing help/service and there's just NOBODY there!! Then it takes like an hour or two and then once they're back I don't need the help anymore or I just give up

My brother also gifted me the game "Lethal Company" on Steam and I had a whole bunch of fun playing it I highly reccomend it!!
