I just go do anything else. Drawing, video games, etc, to take my mind off of it a bit and think about it later.
^ Have you tried looking for an online PDF of it by any chance? There are lots of sites dedicated to making pdfs of textbooks because of absurd prices (good knows I've used them...). Searching "[textbook name] pdf" can sometimes yield results, other times I type "textbook pdf sites reddit" because Reddit usually has a few megathreads dedicated to websites. Sometimes professors are aware of websites and will... not so subtly let you know where you can access it for free, if they're cool. (Tbh, I feel like this should be a must if you're going to use a $100 textbook for a class but).

Pancakes. Its like the 3rd thing I know how to cook lol. They're easy, you can add things to the batter such as Chocolate chips, blueberries, cinnamon and sugar, etc. They taste good and Whenever I make em I normally make like 12. Good food, But not eaten all the time (Thumbs up)

uhmm. tbh probably one of my last trolls 3 rewatches. if not - tangled was showing at work one time so whenever i wasn't doing anything at the desk i'd watch it.

^ horror movies terrify me. a friend had a movie night once so we (+ her boyfriend & our mutual friend from college) watched oculus and that. kinda terrified me! not my cup of tea. (a professor had actually shown my class a clip of that movie once - the one where she bites a lightbulb thinking it's an apple). like the premise is INCREDIBLE do not get me wrong i would love that sort of thing. but in writing. where i don't have to visually see it. and if it makes me uncomfy i can ✨skim it✨

keeping my job <3 people are idiots and i haven't called anyone stupid yet except once. so.

when i was 11 i made an account on animal jam and i wanted to look cool so i customized a black wolf with a red fire design and dark red scary eyes and 30 seconds into going into jamaa township this pink wolf with eyelashes came up to me and started spamming heart eyes emojis and i got so scared i logged off
