All living creatures have these things called telomeres attached to their chromosomes that slowly degenerate over time. This degeneration is what causes us to age and grow weaker the longer we live. Lobsters’s telomeres don’t degenerate, so they don’t die of old age. They usually just get too heavy and can’t move. However, in truly ideal circumstances a lobster could probably live forever.

my roman empire is probably the lewis and clark expedition. i've been thinking about george drouillard and toussaint charbonneau a lot lately. it doesn't help that i'm reading a book on it, but the fact that i'm reading this for fun probably tells you a lot about me.

im not sure if it counts as a visual novel but im a big fan of persona 5. i bought the other two games on switch, but i got stuck on a palace and i refuse to look up the solution. i also refuse to start the other games until ive finished p5. immovable object vs unstoppable force, my stupidity and my stubbornness.
