Driving around aimlessly helps me relax if I’m having a panic attack or something. Outside of that, I sort of just sit around without noise and play a game on my phone, sometimes while chatting with a friend. Hanging out with people takes my mind out of the negative as well.

not at all, no. i'd like to be able to play an instrument, but i've never shown any particular skill for it during music lessons at school and i know i wouldn't have the commitment needed to actually learn a skill like that right now (and, in the case of the piano, the space necessary to get one). i also don't like my voice enough to attempt taking singing lessons either

very mixed feelings especially from an ecological standpoint.. i really dislike the idea of taking a plane for short distances and i wish where i lived had more rail systems instead/i'd rather take a multiple day roadtrip. but i acknowledge that they are very necessary sometimes. i've been on planes twice and both times were not very memorable lol
