I've never really been a big fan of quotes, so I'll take a couple sentences whose imagery I liked a lot, from Plato's Republic: "The friction of the two when rubbed together may possibly strike the light of justice, from which we can kindle a steady flame in our souls". It's from book 4, when they are discussing how to make the best possible city/country.
^ I have the opposite problem, during the Christmas period work is always so busy, although except on Saturdays, when it is dead. I personally don't mind the quiet days in between the busy days, but I definitely know how you feel to be sat there with absolutely nothing to do :') Hopefully you weren't made to do menial chores during the shift or anything, they suck.

Well, since I was ninja'd I am going to remember the first thing that comes to mind, which was when I visited one of my online friends. We've been really close for like 8 year (dear god, I am old) so it was great to see him, although it was only in like September.
^ You know, I'm going to complain about my essay, but that sounds worse. Glad it's over for you. Nice to see someone else who likes Hermitcraft though!

I got too much stuff. It's a little embarrassing. My favorite buy is my iPad and Apple Pencil; I've been drawing on it nonstop. I also am enjoying the book I bought, Arctic Dreams.

omg ill do this w my uni classes and how i organize them in my notion:
psychology and sociology are purple and pink interchangeably,
any subject that has to do with something digital or sciencey,
it's blue, anything that's like theory or history heavy, it's yellow
