𝓢ituated in the Hawaiian islands, the Rain Village are a peaceful and welcoming people, who primarily use the Hawaiian language and terms to speak with each other. They reside in a rainforest, where it is humid and warm, and the ground under their paws is cool and muddy. There is a waterfall nearby to their village, where they can go to sun themselves, or splash around in the cool water. At nighttime, there is a cacophony of sounds from the wildlife. The village is full of treehouses, platforms, and hammocks. The village is made up of such treehouses, connected by thick vine walkways. They have three nurseries, each with a third of the village’s kits - the kits are raised by the whole village, and not just by their parents. Each nursery has a tightly woven floor to provide comfort for the soft paws of the kits. The treehouses use leaves as windows and the trees as a natural wall, and platforms and hammocks are used for sun-time, a crucial part of the village’s day. The healer’s treehouse is close to the sunning platforms. At the center of the village is the Arboretum, a huge platform made from woven branches, a meeting place for the village and also where many public events take place, such as competitions for the throne. The Queen, or Ali’i, sleeps in a royal treehouse at the center of the village.
𝓣he village is made up of beautiful fur colors and patterns - they pride themselves on their appearances. They find scars, anomalies, birth defects beautiful, and many will have missing limbs, eyes, they’ll have extra toes and bobbed tails. Brighter coloring is more common in the village, though they have their fair share of dark colors as well. Some of their warriors, or Koa, are daylight warriors owned by residents of the islands, and will sport collars.
𝓣hier names are also very unique, often either aquatic or jungle like Orca and Kinkajou, and while there are some typical warrior names scattered throughout if they come from other lands/clans, the village will not name their own in such a way, and newcomers may rename themselves if they wish.




𝓒ould my leader be a chimera or toyger of some kind? If not, then some sort of brightly colored cat with a deformity/anomaly/scars! Lineart only, please! And could my moderator be either Katrione or deimos? This will be replacing my second clan, Gladeclan, and I will be bringing Albatross (formerly Owlstar) and Anaconda (unnamed warrior) with me.
