My kennel is named The Lost.
Their territory is an abandoned train station, but close to the forest. They sleep in train cars, and the alpha sleeps on the roof.
The Lost have a reputation for accepting misfits and being lax with who they accept into their pack, thinking that everyone deserves to have a little family in their life. The Lost are extremely loyal and proud, but can be a bit gullible. It is easy to win over the pack, for either good or bad.

arcturus heard the light tapping of nails on stone and opened his eyes expecting a brute
whom he's one day hand the kennel over to, instead he saw a lovely red fae watching him ge
ntly. "excuse me, but i'm awaiting for the ancestors to send me a beta." Arcturus said curtly
nodding at the fae. she gave a small laugh while setting herself on the stone floor, looking at
him expectantly. she quirked her head, silently awaiting him to realize his fault. this only made the brute angrier by the second, after a few heartbeats of silence he turned back to her his tone rough and harsh. "what?" he growled. she cocked her head back up straight and bounced to her paws walking toward him a small smirk on her maw. "the name's rigel, i'm your beta." she said softly as she sat beside him looking up at the ceiling. it's lights had disappeared from their loud chatter but the lights seemed to come back as their words ended. arcturus looked at the glowing worms growling softly before standing and exiting the cave quickly. rigel sat silently awaiting the worms calming glow before she exited. Arcturus had awaited her outside of the cave, he'd sat himself on top of a stone to make himself look taller than he truly was."i asked for a real beta, not some pretty looking fae!" arcturus growled at her glaring steadily. the fae simply smiled. "i'm sorry you feel that way, but it was the ancestors who told me to find out the arrogant pup sitting in a cave all by himself looking at bugs!" rigel barked back, her kind demeanor gone as she turned cold on arcturus. her outburst brought a expressionless look to the brute's face, stunned by her words. surely she was not calling him, her alpha, an arrogant pup. arcturus sat confused for a mere moment taking in all that he could of this fae. she surely was incapable of handling a kennel. arcturus turned his back on her heading toward the camp, expecting her to follow. rigel glared at his back for a mere second before running to stride along side him, and not behind him. "what are we to do first?" she asked looking at him with her cold brown eyes. he chuckled shaking his head, "there is no we. i will go hunting and then i will go on border patrol." he told her emphasizing the word 'i' as he spoke it. he would do the work while rigel would sit in camp and await another dog to become her mate to where she'll become a pup-mother and another would replace her. rigel, however, stifled a laugh as she digested his words. "you can't stop me from doing my duty as the beta of this kennel." she said turning away from him.

"fine, rigel voto." he teased as he spoke to her with the suffix of a true beta. "good," rigel said standing her ground. the brute smiled as he lead the fae away from camp leading her on a border patrol and hunting patrol. "just try to keep up, fae." arcturus muttered before stalking off the fae quickly following.

Weather Report: It is a slightly cloudy summer day, the heat has let up some. There is a slight breeze that brings the smell of much needed rain. Humans are not as active in the area as the storm moves closer, but there are more dogs in search of shelter from the rain.

The two made their way back to camp, chatting like sparrows.

They hunt.

Pepper and Tybalt catch a squirrel and a rabbit. (Don't forget to update what kind of prey your kennel has)

After Belle had marked her borders, she padded off for a border patrol to find any outsiders from her camp, she rose her muzzle into the air, she could smell a few dogs who had passed a moon or two ago, but struggled to catch a recent scent

Raleigh approached Pebble, who was new to the pack. The little terrier looked up at his alpha and crouched low in a respectful bow.

"We need to find food," Raleigh announced.

"Aye. I know some good rabbit warrens," Pebble offered cheerfully, standing up and shaking himself off.

Raleigh smiled. "Lead the way," she said.

"You are a pretty great hunter." Troy comented, he didn't bother to say 'for a female' at the end of that sentence. "You will never have to worry about fighting, but you will have to hunt if you wish to stay protected." Troy explained to her. "Males are the protectors here, females just hunt." he added.

"I guess that is alright..." Viloa muttered as they placed their catches in the cluttered camp, it was obvious this place needed a fae's touch anyways. "I am going to tidy up a bit before I set off again, if that is alright?" she asked Troy respectfully.

"That's fine by me. Oh, before I forget, our Shaman is Markus. He doesn't talk much." He informed her before going out again.

Belle continued on though, knowing that if dogs have been through here they will come again. She was right too, because it wasn't long until she spotted the white pelt in the distance.

lowkey doing a parks and rec themed kennel...rip me

leslie's tail started wagging as she looked over her new territory, her eyes bright. the abandoned trains were perfect for dens, she had realized, and she had explored until the sun went down. now, though, she couldn't wait another second until she conversed with her ancestors. "i will make this work." she vowed, her enthusiasm only growing inside her chest. she lifted her nose to the sky and howled, then laid down. "ancestors, please hear my plea. i wish for another member for the lost. nothing specific, just send me someone that will fit in well. thank you!" with her wish vocalized, she closed her eyes in respect and waited.

Stars meeting: June 16th

Shadow was sitting next to Rouge, they were talking about Shadows pups and of course how good of a father Blade would be.
"Oh, I don't know Rouge. Blade is pretty cruel with the other dogs. I'm just afraid that'll be cruel to his pups."
"Shadow don't stress, of course Blade is going to love his pups. Even the cruelest of dogs can be kind."
"I hope your right." she turned her head to the entrance of camp. "Hey do you want to go hunting?"
Rouge quickly shook her head, "You shouldn't be hunting. Let's go on a patrol."
Shadow let out an irritated sigh, "Fine, lets go."

After talking with Hunter the new member of the kennel and Shaman, Blade watched him leave camp to search for herbs. Blade glanced around camp and couldn't see any sign of Shadow She must have went out. he thought. He turned to Angie, the female was sitting alone staring off into space, like always. Blade honestly never cared for her she seemed too unfocused, but then again if he wanted Rouge to stay in the kennel Angie would have to stay too. "Hello Angie." he greeted, as she snapped out of her trance to look at him.
"Oh, hey Blade." she replied softly.
"Want to go hunting?"
"Sure."
Blade stood up again and looked around, he couldn't find Rouge. Then he thought maybe she went with Shadkw he did see them talking not to long ago. He gaze rested on Thunder, Blade never really liked him he was too kind, and soft. But he didn't want anybody to be doing nothing.
"Thunder!" he called, Thunders ears perked up and he trotted over to them.
"Yes Blade?"
"I want you to go on a hunting patrol with Angie and me."
Thunder glanced at Angie who began staring off into space again. "Ok?"
Without another word Blade began walking, and Thunder had to snap Angie out of her trance to get her moving.

Fiona asked the irontooth: "What's your Name?"- she asked. "Im Niko"- said the Irontooth. "What do you want to do?"-asked Fiona. Niko said that he was hungry, so Fiona was too. They shared a small bird together. "So Niko-"-said Fiona. "Want to go patrol with me?"-she asked. "Sure, but what if the other Kennels take our Fresh-kill?"-he said. "Hmm... I was on a hunting patrol when i met you."-she said. "So it's your turn. Please mark the borders."
