Upon meeting the strange dog, Sol, Bella, Rowan and Arwin decided to bring him with them. Well, at least that was the decision Sol came up with. Arwin was immediately suspicious of him and didn't like his rude attitude. He told his concerns to the others and while both Bella and Rowan agreed, Sol said that they shouldn't worry. This dog did seem rather tense anyway... Once they were home, the dog (who introduced himself as Bohemian) seemed to calm down. Just a little but enough for normal conversation.
He looked around the cavern and left his gaze on each dog for a long time. That made everyone uneasy and some even scampered away, taking any opportunity to get outside. "Huh... Nice place you got," Bohemian finally said.
"Thank you. Can we do anything for you?" Sol asked.
"So, who's in charge here?" he said.
"Ah, well our Alpha is out of action for the time being," he replied. Bohemian looked at him funny.
"She has a litter of puppies to look after," Bella interrupted.
"Makes sense... I guess puppies are hard work... But what do I know?" he said and chuckled to himself. He continued to explore the cavern until he found a place to sit. Sol stood close by and was wondering what to ask this new dog. He opened his mouth to speak when suddenly...
"What's going on out here?" said Seria's familiar voice.
"Seria!" Sol barked. "You should be with the puppies!"
"Petunia is looking after them," she said. Bohemian got to his feet.
"You must be this 'Alpha' I'm hearing of..."
"Yes, that's me! You're a new face around here," she nodded.
"Yes, I was passing by when I stumbled upon you all," he replied.
"More like we stumbled upon you..." Arwin mumbled. The two ignored the comment and continued with conversation.
"By the way... I don't mean to be rude but is something bothering you?" Seria asked.
"Oh, finally! Someone asked!" he shouted. "I trust you lot so I'll tell you... This is confidential info..."
"A-alright!"
He brought himself close and whispered to her.
"You know that forest down there?" She nodded. "There's something strange in there..."
"Something strange? Like what?"
"I don't know, man! I've just seen something odd is all. Whatever it is, it's making the prey down there uneasy. They seem to be going elsewhere," he said.
"Oh? Then we will avoid the forest for a while," she said, more loudly than before so others could hear. "It sounds dangerous and we don't want anyone to get hurt."
"Ooh~" Maena whistled, "the big strong dog is scared of something!" Bohemian stood up and came closer to her.
"Watch it, snookums. I never said I was strong, did I?"
"U-um..."
"Come, Maena. Let's go hunt," Rusty said, putting himself between the two. Maena nervously nodded and followed him out. As they left, Bohemian eyed them.
"Anyway! You should relax here with us! We can protect you!" Seria barked.
"Sure..." he replied. After all that, the kennel calmed down and all uneasiness left...
