8/10 It's a pretty solid design and I like the rivalry between it and Seviper. Unfortunately it hasn't gotten a lot of attention from the developers, but I hope they decide to do something with it in one of the upcoming games.

For Togekiss: Also easily 9/10! Not too much of a fan of its two pre-evos but this one for some reason really scored with me ^^" I also feel like a Mega Evolution would look really goooood on it...
