I'm not 100% sure how I feel about the apparel, I don't feel like it all comes together, however you don't have much apparel on him at the moment so I trust you have a vision in mind for his outfit! I absolutely LOVE the texture on his wings though, it reminds me of an owl. And his body contrasts so well off the dark colors, he's rather gorgeous!

The color combo isn't what i usually like, but the more I look at it, the more I like it
It could use an accent or some apparel
but it's a pretty one!

10/10! One of the few dragons I've given a true 10/10 and believed there wasn't really anything out of place or slightly off. The breed, the genes, the apparel, and the colors all go so well together. The blue may be different, but it just pops out a bit and makes an overall good touch/accent.
