somewhere on the blazed grasslands of central africa, there is
one of the most noble and courageous kennels of the past, qul
ub al'asad. this kennel has been around during the past times,
but fell due to a war that nearly killed off most of them. qulu
b al'asad means the hearts of the lions in the language arabic.
these dogs are audacious, gallant, fearless warriors, whom a
re all loyal to their kennel. they were great fighters, the ones
always coming out strong from a war, but that particular war
had caused their downfall. qulub al'asad almost fell to the gr
ound, becoming nothing more than dust, but someone had ta
ken over for the better. it is up to the leader to decide what
would happen to them for now on.

the dogs of qulub al'asad have adopted english as their official language,
but they also speak french and a little bit of arabic, with their name act
ually being arabic. dogs mostly greet each other by saying either bonjou
r or salut, but most of the time it is bonjour since it is more formal. the
y say thank you by saying merci or merci beaucoup, and say thank you w
ith either de rien (informal) or je vous en prie (formal). désolé means so
rry, pardon means pardon.

qulub al'asad follow a few traditions, customs and mores. they all have a
yearly festival if all goes right in the year, and they celebrate while eatin
g either hartebeest, springbok, wildebeest or any other large herbivore t
hey've managed to get a hold of. they also may invite their allies to celeb
rate with them, but it only happens rarely. there is a trial in which if a ro
uge would like to rejoin the pack. the dog who is considered a rouge will
have to prove that they would be helpful to the pack by fighting their to
ughest warriors and bringing back a large herbivore by themselves. if the
rouge were to do all of this without complications, they would then sleep
alone and away from camp as well as keep their distance for two moons,
they would be given small servings of food each day and will have to hunt
for the pack as well before eating again. there is another trial for adolesc
ent dogs for when they become warriors, but it acts much more like an as
sessment than an actual trial. the adolescents would have to fight a warr
ior that had not been their mentor and win. if they were to win, the lead
er would officially make them a warrior, but if they don't, they would hav
e to train for one more moon and retake it again, succeed, if they don't d
o so, they would be placed in another ranking. the pack also has customs
and standards for everyone to abide by, they include: a dog is only allowe
d to eat once elders and whelps do so, then everyone is given their own f
ood instead of them choosing themselves; whelps under the age of four m
oons are not allowed to go outside of camp, broods are not allowed to lea
ve for anything unless they have someone to look after their pups; the lea
der's word is law and must be followed; all dogs must treat upper ranking
dogs with the respect they deserve; etc.
may this be my leader? may i also take these dogs from my other kennel?:
