I absolutely LOVE NIN already, but hadn’t heard this song yet from them! Trent’s voice is so pretty in this one tbh, and the lyrics themselves are just MWAH!! My fav part is probably the end piano playing, but overall this was an AWESOME song! Always love being introduced to new NIN songs

Start The Machine - Angels & Airwaves

It was nice to hear another song from Nine Inch Nails! The only songs I know from them are 1,000,000 and The Perfect Drug because they're in Hi-Fi Rush, haha. I really liked those, and while I probably prefer them to this one, this one has some cool stuff going on too! Like you mentioned, I think it's a super neat concept for a song, with the way the whole thing starts to kind of deteriorate. I haven't heard any other song do that before. I probably won't add it to a playlist, but I'm definitely glad I listened to it!

Right off the bat, I think the instrumentation is cool and unique! I feel like this gives me early 2010's vibes, despite being from a bit later than that, haha. The vocals aren't quite my thing, but some of the lyrics are quite nice! The song isn't really doing a whole lot for me, but I certainly don't dislike it. It's a solid 7/10 for me.

again, not something i’d listen to on my own, but i was pleasantly surprised!! i like the heartbeat in the beginning, and i found myself bopping my head almost the entire song. it isn’t something i’d put on any of my playlists, but i can definitely see the appeal. i wouldn’t mind listening again!

Oh this is really cute... not what I'd normally listen to (it's live I don't like live music LOL) but it's so summery and fun and cute!! If it came on shuffle or the radio I wouldn't turn it off. 8/10

This was such an interesting one! Definitely not something I ever would have found on my own, so I’m always happy for the chance to find some new music. It had a fun, upbeat energy to it, and I like the kind of nonsensical, vibe-y lyrics. Having the translation for them was definitely handy. A fun listen for sure!
