Ellen stood still for a long time, heart thrumming against her chest. ''E-eve? What the heck?'' She mumbled nervously, eyeing the normal-type with some level of a newfound respect. Eve gave no reply, simply licking her paws clean and glancing every now and then at the gleaming pokeball. Adjusting her raggedy hat, Ellen slowly approached the pokeball; staring at it as though it were going to leap at her and bite her.

Meekly tapping the button and setting the newly christened Tybalt free, Ellen watched as the spiny pokemon snuffled at the tip of her boot. She was tempted to kick him away from her out of fear but thankfully she restrained herself, allowing Tybalt to get to know her. The young pokemon looked up at her with bright black eyes, wordlessly examining her freckled face. Holding her breath, Ellen smiled nervously at the nidoran as he slowly waddled away from her. Tybalt appeared to get on like a house on fire with Eve and quite frankly Ellen was relieved.

If Tybalt liked Eve then maybe he'd stay well away from her.

Training was a great success! Both Eve & Tybalt have gained two levels! Eve is now level 7 and has learned Quick Attack! Tybalt is now level 6!

alicia was rather proud of callum; he was a hard worker and gained a few levels rather quickly to her surprise. it seemed like being a trainer was easier than she had thought it would be. now she felt like callum was ready for a new challenge. "hey, callum, let's check out that tall grass over there." callum made a noise of agreement to her proposition before heading in the direction she pointed.

a wild pokemon jumps out toward alicia while the two were exploring! alicia whips out her pokedex and it reveals that it's a level 5 female bulbasaur! The pokedex won't tell alicia anymore unless it's caught!

lilah cheered in delight as the pokedex registered her new team-mate. "salacia, we did it!" salacia responded by blowing bubbles joyfully. "alright, let's meet her properly!" she let the eevee out of her pokeball. the eevee chirped happily, shaking its fur. "well hello there little lady. i'm lilah, this is my other pokémon, salacia. she's a horsea. what should we name you?" she asked, kneeling down on the ground. the eevee didn't seem to care, however, wandering to look at the flowers nearby. "well alright, i'll pick on myself. hmm, maybe venus." lilah mused, and the eevee's ears perked. lilah smiled at the newly-named venus and called, "come on, let's get you stronger!"

lilah takes salacia and venus training!

Training was a great success! salacia grew to level 7! Venus grew to level 5 and is trying to learn Sand Attack!

Sora squealed in excitement as the Pokémon jumped out her. She was probably confusing the wild think by her excessive jumping but who could blame her? She ran into her first wild Pokémon. "Oh my! Oh my! This is so exciting! Ah!" She giggled before tossing her Pokeball up and catching it. "Alright Ignis. Let's dazzle them shall we?" She grinned while throwing the ball forward, releasing her Cyndaquil before the Mudbray. "Oh boy~ My first battle. Let's do this like a Cool contest Ignis." She told her quiet guy who looked over his shoulder and smiled right back at her, the flames on his back burning brightly. "Let's weaken it's defenses by using Leer! Then follow it up with a tackle! We're gonna win this!" "Cyndaquil~"

The Mudbray was no match for Sora and Ignis! Such a synchronized team found the match easy. Ignis gained two levels and is now level 7! The cyndaquil learned Smokescreen!

Eve seemed really proud of herself, dancing around Ellen's feet. Tybalt too looked extremely pleased with himself, nodding his head slowly. ''Y-you're growing quickly.'' She chuckled nervously, leaning down to gently brush her fingers over the poison type's ears; she was too scared to attempt to stroke him for long. ''And you too, Eve.'' She murmured, smiling nervously at her starter pokemon. The lanky girl stumbled along a dusty path that slithered and snaked through the woods like an ekans, unending and unknown. Ellen sighed as Eve scrambled up onto her shoulder, tiny claws perching on her. Ellen was still getting used to them, still flinching as Eve sniffed her face. Tybalt on the other hand quietly trotted alongside her, ears pricked for any danger.

"whoa, look callum, it's a bulbasaur!" alicia whispered to her pokemon with a grin. callum cocked his head and grabbed its bone, pointing it at the new pokemon curiously. alicia nodded encouragingly, "go for it! use bone club!" she reached into her bag for a pokeball in preparation to capture the bulbasaur.

Phaulks Witchhazel

Phaulks takes after her mother, who was a natural healer of both people and pokemon, and there for knows many herbal and natural remedies for a lot of common maladies; and even some uncommon ones. She hails from the Melemele island of the Alola Region, not really claiming any one town as her own because her family was very nomadic in their tenancies. She has always loved the volatile nature of fire pokemon, and the mysterious nature of Ghost and Psychic types. she has always sworn that she will someday own a Mimikyu and an Eevee. It is her ultimate goal in life to become an Eevee breeder and trainer and breed the best Eevees in the world.

There was an event in her childhood that has caused her to lose sight in one eye, when she was attacked by a rampaging Tauros. She has held a mild fear of them ever since.

[i know this might be a lot to ask, but could i start out with an Eevee? it is my absolute favorite pokemon.]

Rin was born after her mother with her hair and her eyes as she loves to work like her dad. She is known to love noibats with all her life from her father getting one and how her trying to get one and it's a little bit hard. Rin was born in Hearthome City as her mother and father thought was a boy but she turned out to be a girl but she's okay with that. Rin never got to know people that much and it was hard for her just she never knew why.

Jaiden

Jaiden is a tall, frail girl with brown hair usually up in a loose pony-tail with lots of hair in front of her bright blue eyes, she usually wears a gold shirt with a black lightning bolt on the front and some jeans. She grew up in Mauville City with 4 other siblings, her being the youngest of them, the 3 boys going out for adventure and her one sister staying at home to help guide her with Pokémon learning, she loves electric type and dark type Pokémon the most out of all of the types, and always dreamt of having a shinx or a houndour the most, but doesn't mind another electric or dark type. She is independent and a bit rude at times, and isn't afraid to talk back to anyone, and is ready to start her journey at the age of 14, finally being allowed to leave the house by herself.

it took quite a few hits for callum to get the bulbasaur to a capture-able point but it's finally hit! Alicia threw the pokeball and it shoot once.. twice.. ding! Alicia's pokedex comes to life with the information of the newly captured bulbasaur ;
The Bulbasaur is a level 5 Female with the Overgrow ability. It has the Sassy nature and knows the tackle & growl moves. [1] pokeball was used to capture the bulbasaur.

Rin was born after her mother with her hair and her eyes as she loves to work like her dad. Riley from Blackthorn City

Riley is strong headed and fiery girl of twenty-one years, this matches both her home city and her mother, Clair, the gym leader of Blackthorn Gym. Her long copper is set in a high pony tail, which contrasted greatly against her striking blue eyes and fair skin. Riley tends to lean towards dragon type and fire type pokemon as she has grown up with the warmth and protection of said creatures with these types, especially her mum's Dragonair's and Kingdra, she was often seen playing with them near the water when she was young. But now, she is ready to travel the Hoenn towns and gyms, battling them until she beats all, and then moving onto Sinnoh and the other areas!
