"But I don't want to train with Dayton." Aspen growled, stamping her paw on the ground. Florence sighed, shooting Trenton a pleading look. Her mate got to his paws and joined the two she-dogs. "Trenton! Tell Florence she has to keep training me! She has no reason not to."

"Actually, Aspen, she does have a reason to stop training you." Trenton said, sitting down next to Florence. Aspen rolled her eyes, her tail thumping angrily on the ground.

"What is it then?"

Trenton looked down at Florence, unsure if she wanted to tell her tenderpaw herself. Florence smiled at her mate before looking back at Aspen. "I'm expecting pups, Aspen." Aspen's eyes widened in surprise then she shrieked happily, hopping around the pair. "Aspen, calm down!" Florence laughed when her former tenderpaw pounced on her, covering her in affectionate licks.

"This is so great! There will be other dogs closer to my age now!"

"Not for a few more months." Florence laughed, nuzzling Aspen affectionately.

Troy woke up and looked into the den his new shaman had claimed as their own. He was already gone for the morning,
seems this brute liked quiet. The leader didn't worry as he set off on his own tasks. The border needed to be checked and he needed to start hunting.

The Misfit Growlers

The Misfit Growlers are a group of rude and territorial dogs, though the kennel has respect for others, most of the dogs are rude, brave, and cunning, the dogs are tough ones, and try to honor the misfit dogs from other packs who may have been kicked away, the dogs reside in a forest, once a campsite for two-legs before being abandoned, they use the old tents as dens, and the picnic tables as a place for fresh-kill, most all dogs are large dogs, such as Doberman, greyhound, German shepherds, etc. As the pack believes that smaller dogs are "just two-leg dogs only", the dogs lack believe in The Heavens, and rather believe the "Spiritual Howls" where all the kennel goes where they die, and despise of The Heavens for not appearing to help the Clan. (The Heavens are anchient dogs that have died many years ago) the prey is blackbirds, rabbits, voles, mice, shrew, magpie, and robins, as well as toads and lizards

arcturus glowered out at the clearing. his small camp home to no dogs but himself, he knew
he'd have to change this quickly if he wished to become a kennel of great power. first, the b
rute knew he needed to come up with a name for himself. something powerful sounding, fit
for the alpha arcuturus is. the dog turning names over though his mind before settling on cea
sar. arcturus ceasar. that was to be his name, in fact ceasar would be the name of all the alphas of the kennel after arcturus himself. he prided himself in the name he'd picked for himself. with this name he knew there were only a few other things he needed to do for himself. the brute picked himself off of the ground and quietly trotted toward the starlit cave to ask his ancestors for another dog, a beta perhaps to help him guide the future of this kennel. he entered the cave careful to not make a noise as he sat silent gazing at the lights above him. he knew the ancestors would hear him without him uttering a noise. so silently in his thoughts he wished for a beta from his ancestors.

Shadow was sitting next to Blade, they were watching around camp. Shadow was watching Thunder talk to Angie and Rouge, they were both sisters, but they acted as exact opposites.
"Shadow?"
Shadow turned her head and looked at Blade, "Yes Blade?" she braced herself for another hunting trip or patrol, but what came next really surprised her.
"Shadow you were the first member of this kennel, and a brave beta. You are all the most beautiful dog I have ever seen."
Shadow looked at her paws obviously embarrassed by all the compliments.
"So what I'm saying is, Shadow, will you be my mate?"
Shadow quickly looked up at him her eyes wide,"Mate?"
"Yes!"
Shadow glanced back at Thunder who looked like her was staring at her, pressuring her reply to Blade. She looked up at Blade,"Yes." She said with a smile. Blade stood up his tail wagging, "I don't want to tell the others yet, but for now let's go on a patrol." Shadow nodded her head and followed Blade, she stoppe in the middle of camp, and looked at Thunder, Rouge, and Angie. They seemed to have agreed on something and we're getting ready to leave camp. She turned around about to head for the entrance again.
"Where you going Shadow?" Thunders familiar voice called. Shadow couldn't help but turn around.
"I'm going on a patrol with Blade."
"Why don't you come with us?"
Shadow shook her head, "I would love too, but him and I are mates now. And I don't think he'll like it if I quit the patrol."
Thunder nodded his head, and Shadow walked out of camp.

Weather Report: Summer is in full swing! Prey is out and about trying to both prepare for winter and find themselves mates who haven't been taken during the spring. The heat is getting more intense and most prey will be found near a water source. Shaman are having an easy time finding herbs so long as they're in the shade - herbs that grow in the sun are shriveling from the intense heat.

the bigger bernese dog trotted through the woods, ears as perked as they could be for their naturally floppy selves. They had humans before but that life got boring.. what they wanted now was a kennel.. some wild dogs who rushed through the woods and caught their own food. The narrow snout of the smooth collie rummaged through leaves that covered the side-walk.. they couldn't understand why they'd been left here.. Had they done something wrong? Done the opposite of what was asked of them? With a heavy sigh they stopped and sat, contemplating if they should try to find their way home or not. The dog was about to stand and leave when they saw the golden brute approaching. With a bow of their head they explained their situation.

The large, thick coated Burmese gazes in awe at the pack, his head snaps towards his new alpha Come along Bear, We're going on a patrol, I'm going to show you around the border, the alpha surged forward with confidence and determination with the new irontooth in tow. Baylin and Remi cackle and snort at jokes before going into full hunting mode, concentrating in catching some prey for their growing pack.

Florence snuggled closer to Trenton in his den, her muzzle tucked under his. "Florence." Trenton whispered. The she-dog let out a quiet whimper, her tail thumping against the stone floor. "Florence. You have to move into the nursery soon. Essex had Dayton and Orlando finish fixing up the nursery yesterday."

"But I want to stay with you." Florence murmured, snuggling closer to the lanky black male. "Can't I stay, please?" She asked at the same time Essex poked his head into the den.

"No, Florence. You can't stay in here. This den isn't safe for pups, I almost slipped just trying to climb up here. Now, come to the nursery." Essex ordered before backing out of the den. Florence shot the shaman an annoyed look before hauling herself to her paws. The brindled she-dog cast her mate one last look before squeezing out of the den.
