Hello! Welcome to Pokémon Adopters, I’ll be your mod.

A little Froakie hopped up to you, looking at you happily. Looks like they want to accompany you on your adventures!

with the exception of rowlet, the team wade their way through the water to get to the island, swimming when it got too deep. by the time they had come up to the tree, rowlet was already in conversation with the pokemon, perhaps soothing and comforting the poor pokemon, and joon looked between his own party.

The two of you head out and find a small clearing in the middle of the trees and find that a Manectric is trapped in a trap made by someone, barking and struggling to get out. It looks the trap is pretty well made. Do you want to help the Manectric?

Mike smiled at the birds display before the small grass type suddenly disappeared to somewhere outside? He was relieved when the small Pokemon came back shortly after, presenting him with some berries.
"Aww, thank you. That's very nice of you lil buddy."
After pocketing the berries and some scritches for his Pokemon, he got some potions from the professor too. So many gifts in one day, it wasn't even his birthday. The trainer thanked the professor as well and got directions from them how to get to the forest quickest.
After saying their goodbyes, the duo made their way towards the forest. Or rather, Mike did, while the small Rowlet sat on his shoulder.
