I really like this design! The green stars definitely add a nice touch!

The design is just way too busy for my liking, it gives an uncohesive feel. Also, I don't love how the plant at the top of its head looks like hair (am I the only one who doesn't like how it looks when most pets have hair?) IDK this dragon just does not speak to me.
