in canada, we have to learn french starting in 4th grade (at least in my province i don't know if its different for others) but i was in a split 3/4 class, so i started learning in 3rd grade, all the way until 9th grade (i loved french but they wouldn't let me continue after!). i can read and write pretty fluently but i cant understand speaking and i can't speak very well myself, so there's that. also been trying to learn japanese for a couple years but self teaching is hard when you got adhd

what's a favourite childhood memory of yours?

i don't really have many good childhood memories to pick from. the one memory i always cling to is from back in 2010 when i got to pick up my boxer dog dreamy from her breeder

do you like any obscure movies/tv shows/music artists/books/video games/etc.?

Yes, indeed I do. A big one is Takeshi's Castle. The game show was not very obscure back in the early 2000's. In fact, it was quite popular. Most countries of the world had a version of this Japanese show, whether redubbed, remade, or given commentary in the specific country's language (I grew up with the UK commentary). Almost 20 years later, however, the show's fanbase has shrunken considerably, and a lot of important media has been lost. But, no matter. I still love that show to death.

If you mean here on ChickenSmoothie I really want those dog-mouthed horses! I love the idea of horses with large mouths lol! BUt irl I would love to have another snake, or maybe a tarantula/jumping spider!

What is your favourite video game/visual novel?

So there’s this mobile game called Tsumugu Logic, where you play as a guy named Tsumugu and solve mysteries while attending university and trying to have a relationship. I never finished it but it is just so good!

What’s something you thought you’d dislike going in but ended up really enjoying?

I don't think I have such a thing, I just don't do things that I don't think I will enjoy.

If you could have any house pet of your choice, what would it be?

I'd say a succulent ^^ I'm always busy   with school so a succulent is easy for me to handle

If you could get the choice to meet your closest online friend, or meet a celebrity what would you choose? (I personally would choose my friend lol, they're like a celebrity to me as I followed their IG before we were friends ^^)

this one is a definite no-brainer for me!! my closest online friend is actually my girlfriend so of course i’d meet them at the drop of a hat whenever i get the chance!! we have just an hour-and-a-half flight between us so it’s really just a matter of getting the money and means to travel :]

what song do you have on repeat at the moment?

"Lump Sum" by Bon Iver. I had his album "For Emma, Forever Ago" on shuffle as I went on a hike and this song came on as the sun was setting and casting off of the forest. I was coming up to the castle at that point, it was a beautiful moment, and the song has stuck in my head ever since - so, that's what I have on repeat at the moment.

legend of zelda breath of the wild 2!!!!!!!!!! also paleo pines. and ur signature reminded me of the rumored rdr1 remaster but i don't think that's coming until 2023 or later, sadly
