The image looks nice on how it's centered.
The text is nice, although it hurts our eyes to see it because it's too bright.

The stripes are nice -- I like the gray stripes with the cute little gold stars. Also, the dotted stripes look great. I love when people use text symbols to create borders and such. ^-^ The whole layout is beautiful. Nice job!

The stamp looks nice, and the text, too! I like how you chose blue, since somehow it fits the stamp. I like how you also put links within the words. Other than blue, i also like the pink text color.
