Tideclan, when mentioned by outsiders, can only be described as dark and mysterious. It is a clan of secrets best left buried and ideas best left locked into the darkest corners of the mind. They aren't quite so bad as everyone makes them out to be, but when peace has been made for moon after moon after moon, some poor, unfortunate clan has to step into the role of boogeyman. Tideclan, although generally reserved and isolated, took such misconceptions and ran with it. Some say they feast on the flesh of their own clanmates, some say they make garments from the bones of bears, but Tideclanner's themselves may just say they like the sound of the ocean and how the shadows feel on their fur.

Tideclan lives just beyond where sand meets grass on the beach, in a place where sand makes up the majority of the soil and cats live and sleep among the roots of mangroves or in the dark shade of the caves beside them. The ocean wakes them up and puts them to sleep, and they have grown to worship the water around them as the taker and giver of life itself. The crystal caverns are the biggest cave system in their territory, and the main source of fun and entertainment for kittens and apprentices alike. They are massive and extensive, so they are considered easy to get lost in and prone to cave-ins, but daring apprentices and adventurous kittens enter anyways, looking for crystals and gems to take back and show their friends. Due to their frequent time underground and their propensity for scuffling among rocks searching for loose valuables, Tideclan's cats often have tough paw pads and incredibly sight in the dark.

Just beyond the ocean's waves lie the shatterbone cliffs, which can be reached once the tide falls and reveals a sandbank that cats can easily walk across without getting their paws too wet. Even so, the journey, while easy, becomes even more treacherous upon arriving. The shatterbone cliffs are named for their jagged peaks and ability to kill a cat with just one misstep, so any and all are advised to avoid this common thrill-seeking are at all costs. Some do anyways, simply because Tideclan cats are adventurous and prone to testing authority and fate itself. StarClan seems to look kingly on this clan, or else they would all be dead from their daredevil nature.

lilacclan lives among dense shrubbery and between large trees. they use the bushes and foliage in their territory to full advantage. they are extremely experienced hunting in tight spaces and with debris all over the area, and can move as quiet as an owl even among the densest detritus. this lends well to fights, as well, enabling lilacclan cats to move unnoticed and perform swift, simple ambushes. however, they aren't known to use this move often.

lilacclan consists of warriors that honour the warrior code as well as implement their own moral code into their lives. they never take action impulsively, and most cats will think their ideas over methodically before making a move. this isn't always a good thing, as other clans will say that lilacclan is full of cats too busy thinking to worry about. however, when they have made the decision to strike, it will be an unlucky enemy to meet their claws.

lilacclan cats are small and agile. working through the thick foliage on their territory makes them flexible and acrobatic in battle. bigger cats are usually thrown by the stylings of lilacclan cats, who strike hard and fast like snakes. they rarely fight dirty unless the dirty fighting was brought to them first. if possible, lilacclan cats like to settle debates with words rather than fighting, but they will not back down from a challenge, and have no problem stooping to other's levels only to show them up.

robinclan lives in a clearing in a dense dark forest on a mountain. a part of their camp leads to a long drop to the base of the mountain. twolegs tend to ride their bikes lower down the mountain so cats at a young age are constantly being told to never go down the mountain unless it's an emergency.

robinclan cats are pretty fearful but they aren't afraid to fight to protect themselves and their clanmates. robinclan cats care about their clans reputation, they hate other cats talking badly about robinclan. even though they attack others for talking bad about robinclan, robinclan cats keep the warrior code close to their hearts. any cat that breaks the warrior code in robinclan gets exiled and earns themselves an extremely bad reputation.

robinclan cats are usually shorthaired and large. they have large paws which help them cling to the dirt when climbing up or down the mountain. their large paws are also a positive in battle for them. despite their usual large size they are extremely good at hiding and being stealthy.

robinclan gets its name from how when the founder of robinclan found the territory a robin was standing in the middle of the clearing which became robinclan camp. the robin was strangely not scared of the cat and even gently touched the cat's nose which to the cat felt like a sign.

"I doubt that it will cause us harm so long as we do not disturb it." Saynata chided softly, her eyelids briefly closing over her dazzling pair of azure eyes. She sat alongside Lupu-nawi on a thick branch of the camp tree, with her white spalshed paws covered by her tail. "You needn't worry, my friend."
indentThe thickset tom alongside stared at the placid molly, his expression troubled. Although he trusted the clan's resident teraputa, he also knew all to well about the viscous honey badger. Recognized as a coldblooded cat killer, the honey badger was not a animal that a cat wished to cross paths with in this jungle. And with four adolescent trainees and kittens on the way, the fact that the predator was looming made unease ripple throughout Lupu. The royal guard tore his worrisome eyes away from his paws before settling on staring at Saynata. "But I do. We have young cats in the clan who have yet to learn the ways of the jungle, if they were to come across this fiend it would end horridly. We need to get rid of the badger."
indentSaynata seemed to process his words slowly, gazing not at him any longer but onto the long expanse of dense jungle that lay beyond them. She released a gentle sigh, tipping her chin into her neck before responding. "We best get to chasing this creature out of our lands then."
indent"We?" He asked incredulously.
indentSaynata was already on her paws when Lupu replied, and she merely rolled her eyes. "Indeed. You, a few others and of course, I." She paused, a soft breeze ruffling her pelt. "What, did you truly expect me to just stand around? I'm not just here for emotional support, you do realize." With those words the molly strode past him, her tail brushing against his shoulders for a moment as she passed.

Stormfang called Goshawkflight over and whispered into the younger warrior's ear, "Leafstar isn't in the best condition, so I'd like for you to take him for a walk, away from here, while Spiderpath, Emberwhisker, Rosefern, and I bury the fox hole." The black-and-gray tom glanced at Leafstar, who seemed to be staring at him, yet his eyes seemed to be focused on something beyond him. Gulping, the former loner gave a nod and went over to the SeaClan leader. Stormfang saw that Leafstar continued to be distracted by something, but was relieved when the sandy brown tabby tom followed Goshawkflight away. Turning back to Emberwhisker and Spiderpath, he ordered, "All right, let's get this over with; the fox won't be able to hurt any of our cats now." As Spiderpath began the task enthusiastically, Emberwhisker began to dig at the ground halfheartedly, asking softly, "Stormfang, are you sure we should do this? It... doesn't feel right." The SeaClan deputy's eyes blazed with intensity as he meowed, "Emberwhisker, this fox could get to camp and eat our kits if we don't stop it now!" The tortoiseshell warrior flattened her ears in response and mewed, "Right," and went back to work, though she wasn't as enthusiastic as Spiderpath, the rogue who had joined a moon before. Beside them, Rosefern was wheezing slightly as she worked, causing Stormfang to frown slightly. 'Eh,' he thought as he kept digging up sand to bury the hole with, 'she's getting older, is all. Just a small cough.'

Goshawkflight
Goshawkflight sensed something was wrong. Stormfang had told him to take Leafstar away from the scene. But why? his mind screamed at him as he led the distracted leader of SeaClan through the forest by the river. He shook his head some and meowed, hoping to get Leafstar to say something, "Hey Leafstar, are you okay?" The only response from the sandy brown tabby tom was a flick of a tail as he made his way through the foliage next to the younger tom. After some time, however, Leafstar halted, forcing Goshawkflight to do the same as well. As the black-and-gray tom asked, "Leafstar?" the sandy brown tabby whirled on him and pinned the younger tom to the ground. Paws flailing and gasping for breath, Goshawkflight asked, terrified, "Leafstar, what are you doing?" Leafstar growled, "Tell me that you aren't part of Stormfang's group!" "W...What?" Goshawkflight stuttered, fighting for breath, "I... I don't know what you're talking about!" Leafstar's leaf-green eyes darkened with fury as he spat, "Tell me that you aren't part of his group, or I'll kill you here and now!" Goshawkflight shook his head wildly, not still knowing what was going on, but he sure wasn't a part of some group, other than SeaClan. The weight on his chest lifted as Leafstar stepped back, allowing the younger tom to wheeze slightly. He gasped, "What do you mean, Leafstar, 'Stormfang's group'?" Leafstar meowed calmly, "Stormfang's out for me, I know it. I'm starting to suspect that Fogkit and Brightstream's deaths weren't so mysterious and accidental as I thought." The black-and-gray tom wasn't there when those deaths had happened, but he'd heard, from the older apprentices and younger warriors, so he knew exactly what he was talking about. Gulping, the SeaClan warrior meowed, "Leafstar, you are accusing a cat of two murders, one of the life of a kit!" The sandy brown tabby tom meowed, "Yes, I know. But I have my feelings." He mewed rapidly, "Now, I've asked for Carrotpaw to go undercover once he becomes a warrior, to act like he didn't like me at all because all I do now looks like nothing, and he doesn't like a leader who doesn't do anything." Glancing behind himself and Goshawkflight to see if they were being followed, the SeaClan leader lowered his voice, "and I'm about to ask you and Dapplepaw to solve the mysteries surrounding Fogkit and Brightstream's deaths. Can you do this for the Clan?" The black-and-gray tom nodded firmly, "Yes, Leafstar."

He knew something had been off when Stormfang had ordered them to bury the fox hole. His heart beat fast against his chest as he led Leafstar back to camp.

Honeytuft glanced at his herbal stores as Dapplepaw brought Sleetsky and Rosefern into their shared den. Sighing at the lack of herbs, the honey-colored tabby tom turned around to greet his newest patients. He asked, "Dapplepaw, can I ask you to go get some moss for bedding please?" The calico she-cat nodded and hurriedly limped into the back of the den, into a protected alcove of sorts; addressing Sleetsky and Rosefern, the SeaClan medicine cat asked sharply, "What are your symptoms?" Sleetsky coughed, meowing once she stopped, "Coughing and nose keeps running." Rosefern reported, "The scratchy throats I've had got worse, and now hurts a bit when I swallow. Otherwise, the same as Sleetsky." Honeytuft meowed, once Dapplepaw returned with the requested materials, "Dapplepaw? What herbs are good for coughs?" His apprentice piped up, "Tansy, catmint, chickweed." Honeytuft nodded, "Excellent. Go find some tansy for me please?" As Dapplepaw scurried off to find the herbs, Rosefern meowed firmly, shaking her head, "I don't want to take any. If StarClan deems that I'm going to die, I'll accept it. I came from SwiftClan looking for a new home. I found that home, and I had been happy here." Sleetsky looked at the tansy that Dapplepaw had brought, sniffed it, and pulled a face at the sharp scent, "Ugh, no thank you." Dapplepaw insisted, "You should!" as Honeytuft meowed, sighing, "All right, then. Suit yourselves. Get comfy in here, you will be in for a while." His apprentice turned to him with wide eyes, meowing, "But Honeyutf-" The large tabby shook his head, "It's not as serious now, but they'll come around when it gets worse."

(That night)
Honeytuft opened his eyes in shock as he smelled the familiar scent of a cat he thought he'd never see again. "Owlfrost?!" he called, wildly searching about him. Feeling a bushy tail brushing against him, Honeytuft turned around, and found himself face to face with the tabby face of his littermate. The tabby tom's pelt was filled with the frosty light of the stars, the medicine cat realized. Owlfrost mewed, "Oh, dear brother, we meet again." Tears filled Honeytuft's eyes as he meowed, "Owlfrost..." The StarClan warrior shook his head and mewed softly, "I'm not here to make you cry, dear brother. I'm here to warn you that a greencough epidemic is coming. Cats will die. You must be strong, Honeytuft. Your faith must stay firmly rooted to SeaClan and to StarClan." "G... Greencough?" Honeytuft echoed, "but isn't that very serious?" Owlfrost nodded, "And the Clan will become divided. Stay close to Leafstar in these times of need." "R...right," the tabby tom mewed shakily; he wasn't sure what to make of this warning, as it was so vast of a news to be handed to him. He then asked, "Will Dapplepaw and I be enough to cure this bout of greencough?" A gray-and-white she-cat appeared from the shadows, her pelt also filled the light of the stars, and meowed, "No, dear Honeytuft, we of StarClan will watch over all of you." The she-cat added after a few moments, "And, as SeaClan's former medicine cat, before the rogues came to disband our Clan, I, Palefrost, will personally guide you through these times."

When a cat becomes a Eagleclan knight, they have to take an oath. To be brave, virtuous, and loyal. To protect their clanmates and allies with their life. To obey the warrior code, granted by the stars above. Lastly, to be accepted into the ranks of Eagleclan as a knight, they must swear to follow this pledge with their life. Courage, honor, and taking care of others. These are the virtues Eagleclan values.

Eagleclan makes their home in an old pine forest. The trees here are deep-rooted and tall, with branches that reach far into the sky, and sway with the slightest breeze. Squirrels and birds make these treetops their home, providing this clan with a source of food.
A river of considerable size also cuts through the woodland. While it is safe for the most part, the farther east the river runs, the more treacherous the waters get. At the very end, the rapids drops off into a dark canyon from which there is no return.
Their camp is made in the ruins of an ancient fortress. It is far from its former glory, overgrown and in disrepair, but the cats who live here have still claimed it as their own. Most of the dens have been weaved out of vines with the few, still-standing walls integrated into their structure; but, the only room that remains fully intact has become the monarch's den, and it is a sight to behold. A shimmering wall of, what a human would call "stained glass", but to a cat is sacred crystal, stands tall and glorious on the easternmost wall. Now when the sun rises at dawn, a rainbow of light cascades down and fills the room with color.
To the south, there is a ragged range of mountains. Right below the summit of the Eagle Swoop Mountain, you'll find the mouth of a small cavern that slowly winds upwards. Inside this cave, there is a soft bed of moss and flowers that go into bloom under the light of the moon, which streams through a hole in the main chamber. Sleeping among these Moonflowers will allow a cat to communicate with Starclan.

Eagleclan has quite the variety of size, color, and build, but most cats seems to have a select few characteristics in common. Thick fur to combat the nipping chill, strong legs and shoulders to scale the towering trees, and over-all, they are of larger size than your average housecat.
Eagleclan cats tend towards the skill of climbing, and are carefully trained to be as sure-footed in the trees as they are on the ground. Eagleclan knights take joy in sparring eachother in friendly duels. It's a favorite recreational activity, and is often done as relatively civil way to settle differences and prove yourself.

Eagleclan holds numerous superstitions, many of which revolve around birds. To quickly name a few, seeing a soaring eagle and hearing its call means good days are ahead. If an owl flies over your head, it is considered a bad omen. If a bird attacks a cat, that means Starclan is angry with them. While this is not all of them, you can see what I'm getting at.
The feathers of a bird can be "read" by healers to predict events in the future. Cats will often bring in feathers to tell their fortune, which can sometimes be good, can sometimes be bad, and will most often be somewhere in the middle. Feathers with a good fortune are often kept for luck, and can be woven into a cat's fur or nest for safekeeping. It is tradition for a "bad feather" to be thrown into the river to try and ward off the unlucky fate.

As a clan, Eagleclan is known for their intense pride and their bold ways. They are stubborn, and never back down from a decision. Recklessness or courage, it's up to you to decide, but Eagleclan is quick to rush into a sometimes sticky situation.
Most of the time, Eagleclan tries to be as peaceful and friendly as possible with other clans, but when an ally is in the trouble, there is no doubt Eagleclan will be the first to answer the call. Eagleclan likes to take younger clans under their wing, and is eager to make allies and other connections. However, Eagleclan doesn't know how to stay out of things, and will often barge into other clan's business without a second thought. Perhaps they should learn when to quit, before their constant need to "save" others, even when they don't want or need it, gets them into trouble.

Meet Eagle's Heart, a brave and charismatic young tom with a heart of gold. Chosen by Starclan for his courage and constant drive to "do good" (but necessarily his smarts), Eagle's Heart is cheerful and more than willing to lead his clan as their King. Tonight, he climbs the mountain, and rests his head in a bed of Moonflowers, waiting for Starclan to grant him nine lives and their blessing. As the moonbeams fall down from the sky above, Eagle's Heart drifts into a restful slumber, and the Moonflowers slowly begin to bloom around him.

during leaf-bare, the chances of catching greencough is higher. if you send the same cat out multiple times in the same post, they are more likely to catch a cold, which can lead to whitecough and greencough, so be careful. after your cat catches a cold, don't send them out for two posts, or their cold will progress to whitecough or greencough. the sun will start to go down early and it will get colder once the sun starts to go down. you will also catch less prey and are less likely to find new cats.

niylah could feel the tiny kit squirming, which was a good sign. had she not been, she might have been worried for the little tortoiseshell. the healer had no idea how she was going to explain this to skai: her mate was loyal and kind and intelligent, everything that niylah strived to be, but she was also not gullible. the rest of the clan may have believed nia was away speaking with their ancestors in the mountain because they never once questioned her loyalty: but skai had, and was always looking for a reason queen nia should not be the queen. she padded up the winding steps, leaping across a gap in the stone stairs. she ducked underneath a collasped arch and emerged through vines, revealing the sheltered room where her clan often shared tongues at. queen nia looked up abruptly, a inauthentic expression of surprise. thankfully, the evening patrol had left, skairipa with them. she would not have to fight that battle right now. niylah placed the kitten at her paws. “this is my kit. she was born a few days ago, which is why i’ve been absent. i wanted to keep my pregnancy a secret, because i was sure i would lose the kits during this harsh winter, and my milk never came...”
“as long as she is yours and has azgeda blood, she may stay. diamond, if willing, may nurse her.” queen nia meowed, flicking her tail to dismiss the crowd forming around niylah. the healer ducked away and entered the ruins that made up her den. there were many holes in the back wall, perfect for storing herbs. she nosed the cold kitten and sighed softly, looking up as the den rustled. diamond padded in, her eyes softening as she looked at niylah.
“i remember my first litter, too.” she breathed, cooing over the tiny kit.
“i would like you to nurse her, with gem. but you’d have to stay in here with skairipa and i, because i want to be near her. i have to check her breathing and her-” niylah fretted, wondering what amount of trouble she’d be in if queen nia’s kit died.
“of course. skai is like gem’s sister, i raised skai as my own after her mother and father abandoned them. i would love to spend more time with her, and her mate.” diamond purred, touching her nose to niylah’s ear. “but how did this kitten come to be, if you and skai are mates?”
“she doesn’t know that i had a surrogate father-” she trailed off, looking down at her paws.
“i’ll go get gem and you can talk to skai.” diamond meowed, exiting the den swiftly. niylah curled around the tortoiseshell, licking her fur the opposite direction, to keep her warm.
“i promise your life will not always be confusing, little princess. i will be the best mother i can be, and so will skai. you’re strong, just like my mother was. how about i name you after her, huh?” niylah purred, her eyes warm. “waverly.”

“this is… our daughter, waverly.” niylah meowed, offering a small smile, nuzzling closer to waverly.
“i suppose you mean nia’s daughter, right? and we’re just supposed to raise her?” the lynx point feline muttered, leaning in to lick niylah’s head, her eyes suspiciously watching the helpless kit. "why are you always in the middle of it?"
“i don’t-” niylah started, but stopped when skai glared at her pointedly.
“of course i’ll raise her with you, niylah. but when queen nia decides she wants her back, it will break your heart. you must remember that she isn’t yours.” skai reasoned, curling around her mate, a sigh exited her muzzle.
“the kit isn’t the king’s. i don’t think she’ll ever want her back.” niylah murmured, her eyes filled with love as she gazed at her mate. “i’ll be back, i have to fetch diamond to nurse her.”
“i’ll be here, niy. right in the middle of this.”

Tideclan, when mentioned by outsiders, can only be described as dark and mysterious. It is a clan of secrets best left buried and ideas best left locked into the darkest corners of the mind. They aren't quite so bad as everyone makes them out to be, but when peace has been made for moon after moon after moon, some poor, unfortunate clan has to step into the role of boogeyman. Tideclan, although generally reserved and isolated, took such misconceptions and ran with it. Some say they feast on the flesh of their own clanmates, some say they make garments from the bones of bears, but Tideclanner's themselves may just say they like the sound of the ocean and how the shadows feel on their fur.

Tideclan lives just beyond where sand meets grass on the beach, in a place where sand makes up the majority of the soil and cats live and sleep among the roots of mangroves or in the dark shade of the caves beside them. The ocean wakes them up and puts them to sleep, and they have grown to worship the water around them as the taker and giver of life itself. The crystal caverns are the biggest cave system in their territory, and the main source of fun and entertainment for kittens and apprentices alike. They are massive and extensive, so they are considered easy to get lost in and prone to cave-ins, but daring apprentices and adventurous kittens enter anyways, looking for crystals and gems to take back and show their friends. Due to their frequent time underground and their propensity for scuffling among rocks searching for loose valuables, Tideclan's cats often have tough paw pads and incredibly sight in the dark.

Just beyond the ocean's waves lie the shatterbone cliffs, which can be reached once the tide falls and reveals a sandbank that cats can easily walk across without getting their paws too wet. Even so, the journey, while easy, becomes even more treacherous upon arriving. The shatterbone cliffs are named for their jagged peaks and ability to kill a cat with just one misstep, so any and all are advised to avoid this common thrill-seeking are at all costs. Some do anyways, simply because Tideclan cats are adventurous and prone to testing authority and fate itself. StarClan seems to look kingly on this clan, or else they would all be dead from their daredevil nature.

lilacclan lives among dense shrubbery and between large trees. they use the bushes and foliage in their territory to full advantage. they are extremely experienced hunting in tight spaces and with debris all over the area, and can move as quiet as an owl even among the densest detritus. this lends well to fights, as well, enabling lilacclan cats to move unnoticed and perform swift, simple ambushes. however, they aren't known to use this move often.

lilacclan consists of warriors that honour the warrior code as well as implement their own moral code into their lives. they never take action impulsively, and most cats will think their ideas over methodically before making a move. this isn't always a good thing, as other clans will say that lilacclan is full of cats too busy thinking to worry about. however, when they have made the decision to strike, it will be an unlucky enemy to meet their claws.

lilacclan cats are small and agile. working through the thick foliage on their territory makes them flexible and acrobatic in battle. bigger cats are usually thrown by the stylings of lilacclan cats, who strike hard and fast like snakes. they rarely fight dirty unless the dirty fighting was brought to them first. if possible, lilacclan cats like to settle debates with words rather than fighting, but they will not back down from a challenge, and have no problem stooping to other's levels only to show them up.

robinclan lives in a clearing in a dense dark forest on a mountain. a part of their camp leads to a long drop to the base of the mountain. twolegs tend to ride their bikes lower down the mountain so cats at a young age are constantly being told to never go down the mountain unless it's an emergency.

robinclan cats are pretty fearful but they aren't afraid to fight to protect themselves and their clanmates. robinclan cats care about their clans reputation, they hate other cats talking badly about robinclan. even though they attack others for talking bad about robinclan, robinclan cats keep the warrior code close to their hearts. any cat that breaks the warrior code in robinclan gets exiled and earns themselves an extremely bad reputation.

robinclan cats are usually shorthaired and large. they have large paws which help them cling to the dirt when climbing up or down the mountain. their large paws are also a positive in battle for them. despite their usual large size they are extremely good at hiding and being stealthy.

robinclan gets its name from how when the founder of robinclan found the territory a robin was standing in the middle of the clearing which became robinclan camp. the robin was strangely not scared of the cat and even gently touched the cat's nose which to the cat felt like a sign.

Eagleclan

When a cat becomes a Eagleclan knight, they have to take an oath. To be brave, virtuous, and loyal. To protect their clanmates and allies with their life. To obey the warrior code, granted by the stars above. Lastly, to be accepted into the ranks of Eagleclan as a knight, they must swear to follow this pledge with their life. Courage, honor, and taking care of others. These are the virtues Eagleclan values.

Eagleclan makes their home in an old pine forest. The trees here are deep-rooted and tall, with branches that reach far into the sky, and sway with the slightest breeze. Squirrels and birds make these treetops their home, providing this clan with a source of food.
A river of considerable size also cuts through the woodland. While it is safe for the most part, the farther east the river runs, the more treacherous the waters get. At the very end, the rapids drops off into a dark canyon from which there is no return.
Their camp is made in the ruins of an ancient fortress. It is far from its former glory, overgrown and in disrepair, but the cats who live here have still claimed it as their own. Most of the dens have been weaved out of vines with the few, still-standing walls integrated into their structure; but, the only room that remains fully intact has become the monarch's den, and it is a sight to behold. A shimmering wall of, what a human would call "stained glass", but to a cat is sacred crystal, stands tall and glorious on the easternmost wall. Now when the sun rises at dawn, a rainbow of light cascades down and fills the room with color.
To the south, there is a ragged range of mountains. Right below the summit of the Eagle Swoop Mountain, you'll find the mouth of a small cavern that slowly winds upwards. Inside this cave, there is a soft bed of moss and flowers that go into bloom under the light of the moon, which streams through a hole in the main chamber. Sleeping among these Moonflowers will allow a cat to communicate with Starclan.

Eagleclan has quite the variety of size, color, and build, but most cats seems to have a select few characteristics in common. Thick fur to combat the nipping chill, strong legs and shoulders to scale the towering trees, and over-all, they are of larger size than your average housecat.
Eagleclan cats tend towards the skill of climbing, and are carefully trained to be as sure-footed in the trees as they are on the ground. Eagleclan knights take joy in sparring eachother in friendly duels. It's a favorite recreational activity, and is often done as relatively civil way to settle differences and prove yourself.

Eagleclan holds numerous superstitions, many of which revolve around birds. To quickly name a few, seeing a soaring eagle and hearing its call means good days are ahead. If an owl flies over your head, it is considered a bad omen. If a bird attacks a cat, that means Starclan is angry with them. While this is not all of them, you can see what I'm getting at.
The feathers of a bird can be "read" by healers to predict events in the future. Cats will often bring in feathers to tell their fortune, which can sometimes be good, can sometimes be bad, and will most often be somewhere in the middle. Feathers with a good fortune are often kept for luck, and can be woven into a cat's fur or nest for safekeeping. It is tradition for a "bad feather" to be thrown into the river to try and ward off the unlucky fate.

As a clan, Eagleclan is known for their intense pride and their bold ways. They are stubborn, and never back down from a decision. Recklessness or courage, it's up to you to decide, but Eagleclan is quick to rush into a sometimes sticky situation.
Most of the time, Eagleclan tries to be as peaceful and friendly as possible with other clans, but when an ally is in the trouble, there is no doubt Eagleclan will be the first to answer the call. Eagleclan likes to take younger clans under their wing, and is eager to make allies and other connections. However, Eagleclan doesn't know how to stay out of things, and will often barge into other clan's business without a second thought. Perhaps they should learn when to quit, before their constant need to "save" others, even when they don't want or need it, gets them into trouble.

Meet Eagle's Heart, a brave and charismatic young tom with a heart of gold. Chosen by Starclan for his courage and constant drive to "do good" (but necessarily his smarts), Eagle's Heart is cheerful and more than willing to lead his clan as their King. Tonight, he climbs the mountain, and rests his head in a bed of Moonflowers, waiting for Starclan to grant him nine lives and their blessing. As the moonbeams fall down from the sky above, Eagle's Heart drifts into a restful slumber, and the Moonflowers slowly begin to bloom around him.

Winter. Sometimes, winter creeps in slowly, lulling
cats into a sense of security. This year is not like that.
Winter started with a storm; one day still autumn, the next
icy cold and unwelcome, and announced with thunder.
Where cold comes, sickness follows. A sniffle from patrol
can easily lead to sneezes, and to disease if ignored.
Difficult as it is, avoiding the cold as much as possible really
is the only way to avoid the bugs of winter. And - Starclan
forbid - if disease entered camp, continuing to avoid the
cold really will be needed for any recovery.
Nights are drawing in far more rapidly now, as are the prey.
Not all hibernate, of course, but it's obvious which ones do;
the few still out for cats to find are plump-looking, nearly
fat enough to last out until spring. Hunting will be far less
fruitful once the winter weather really sets in.

[ The long walk gives plenty of time to practice what he's being taught, and soon Thornrise is bobbing in and out of the other cats, seemingly vanishing into thin air! He's turned out to be very proficient at stealth. And it proves to be useful, too! He manages to run far enough ahead to know exactly where the rogues are so the Cosmoclan patrol could arrive in a non-threatening manner. The rogues are very grateful for the food they have received, and seem a lot more willing to talk now. In fact, they talk for a long while, until their bullies are all full - or at least, the grumbling from them has grown quiet. They describe how a group of cats claiming to be a clan invaded their territory in the "city" (which seems to be their rather strange word for a two-leg place), and kicked them out. Their nursery was ransacked, and many of their kits were kidnapped to help the "clan" grow strong. They saved as many of their children as they could - and at this, many of the rogues seemed to be paying very close attention to Thornrise - but it simply wasn't safe for them to stay there and they're looking for a new home where their rogue colony can stay. A couple of rogues seem to be interested in staying with your clan, but the rest would much rather maintain their independence. A few main options present themselves; trying to fight out the "clan" in the city to help these other cats, looking for somewhere new for them to live, or even forcing the rogues to choose between dying and joining. ]
[ The patrol follow Thornrise's scent back, it growing fainter and fainter as the rain washes it away. They were just about to give up, when they caught the scent of a young rogue, curled up and hiding from any hints of harm. They claim to have been looking for their brother, but they got scared when they smelt all the warriors approaching ]

I would swap up the weather bit and the exact coding and stuff but i feel like maybe not doing it weekly in exam season? I'll probably make a bank of weather bits for next year so I can change up weekly in exam season but that's not happening today. Next Saturday I should though.
