The Nuzleaf stumbles a bit, seeming to be losing its will to fight. From the shadows though, a Wooper shows up! It's... pinkish though?

Deku hesitates to continue battling as he notices the Nuzleaf seems to want to stop. He was about to say something as he noticed the Wooper waddling closer to them. Deku calls back Froppy and she hops back to him and up onto his shoulders. Then he announces that he's no longer going to fight Nuzleaf. After that he introduces himself and offers the others some snacks that he packed with him for his journey.

As the friendly professor gives you a wave from their seat, you begin your journey, leaving from your hometown and heading to the forests beyond. Your Litten happily follows along beside you, purring in content to finally have someone to be his trainer.
In the distance, in the entrance of the forest, there seems to be a group of Psyduck, groaning and holding their heads. They must all have a bunch of headaches... How unfortunate...

Apple let all of her pokemon out so that Io and Ozzy could meet their new friend. She stared at the Dreepy floating by, thinking of a name for their new friend. Settling on one as the dreepy drifted near them, she decided on it. "Lanayru it is, then." Ozzy took notice of the Dreepy, bouncing over curiously as Lanayru followed him. Io drifted over after a little bit. The Dreepy seemed a little scared with all three pokemon around it.

The Dreepy backed away a little bit. It made a warning sound as the three got closer but it was too late now. The Dreepy flung itself at Lanayru using quick attack and then backing away from the three.

Apple got up and was ready to go into battle. She withdrew Ozzy and Io and nodded to Lanayru. "Use laser focus!" She commanded, staring at the Dreepy and ready to recall Lanayru.

Moxxie uses her psychic powers to grab some berries off of the tree. They all sit down munching on the berries of all different flavors. Trico started to try to climb the tree! He jumped up but couldn't reach the next branch.
"Here let me help you!" Maroon lifted him up and placed him on the branch. "Be careful" She called up to him as he climbed higher... ❞

❛ah, that silly little ᴛʀɪᴄᴏ. you help your pokemon up, and he begins to climb the tree as your other pokemon happily munch on the sweet berries that ᴍᴏxxɪᴇ got down for them. ᴛʀɪᴄᴏ began to shake one of the branches, loosening the berries and letting them fall, he stomped on it happily, seeing how many he was able to give to the team. however, with a shriek, the a wild pokemon fell from the tree: it's a chubby wittle ꜱᴋᴡᴏᴠᴇᴛ! and he looked pretty angry...❜

—vanessa smiled, watching the zygarde and the noibat enter the pokeballs she'd set down for them. she happily heard the click, and released them, "thank you so much for joining my team...kepler and lavender" she said sheepishly, the two pokemon energetic and content with their names. lavender flew up to rest on her shoulder, while kepler trotted alongside raiden and ignis stayed comfy in her arms. "now, let's find our way out of here so we can train everyone up! i've been wanting to challenge a gym" vanessa suggested, where ignis roared with an excited yip. she giggled, finally finding the exit, she couldn't help but frown at the clouds..it wasn't raining, but there was thunder and--lightning. almost as if on cue, she spotted the strange..legendary pokemon, the one she'd always read about in books, and clutched ignis into her in fear. lavender and raiden seemed to shy away, behind her legs in fear, while kepler kept a nervous but protective stance in front of her. as zeraora approached them, she shivered, she'd just watched this pokemon command lightning upon the forest! how could she not be scared? she saw it had stopped a few feet away from her, and she gulped, "w-we mean no harm..zeraora.....we were just passing through, but--is there something wrong?" she asked hesitantly, maybe this pokemon needed help with something? oh who knows..she just wanted to get the heck out of there.

You see strange green feet on the ground however when you got close it shut like a bear trap. Luckily you weren't close enough to be caught. A Galrian Stunfisk was on the ground.
