• nebula passed. however, they received several deep scratches during the training session and will need to be treated with x1 marigold, x1 dock, and x2 moons of rest.
• fog passed. however, they also walked away with several scatches. after tutting that the novices should be more careful while training in the future, sunsetstep determines that fog will need to be treated with x1 marigold, x1 horsetail, and x3 moons of rest.

CURRENT SEASON

LEAF-FALL | Now that summer has come to an end, your clan may notice the chill in the air and the leaves underfoot. The treetops are red, yellow, and gold, one last beautiful display before winter strips them of their leaves. The risk of heatstroke or dehydration decreases with the temperature, but there are other dangers lurking just around the corner. Hungry predators become more active as any available prey dwindles. Chances of complication during kitting will also increase.

↪ Falconfire's patrol caught +2 rats and +1 mouse. Cherrymask heavily underestimated how stable the tree she was climbing was. Fully intent on chasing the squirrel in the tree, she wasn't prepared when a strong gust of wind shook the tree, causing the rotting branch she was on to plummet. The patrol quickly rushed her back to ChaosClan's camp, where it was determined she got a concussion and will need two moons of rest, x1 poppy seed, and x1 dandelion.

↪ Cyclonespark's patrol caught +1 frog, +1 squirrel, and +1 stoat.

↪ Aldertooth's patrol caught +1 trout and +1 minnow. Reedtooth was hunting close to a thunderpath, determined to catch prey for his Clan. Unfortunately, his hunting didn't work out too well, as he severely misjudged how fast an odd, two-wheeled monster could go. Instant pain ran through his body as he was sent flying into the air before landing on the road. Luckily, a patrol mate was nearby, who quickly pulled him to safety. After being carried back to camp, Reedtooth is told that the small monster broke his back, and he will need three moons of rest, x1 burnet, x1 comfrey root, x1 thyme, and x1 raspberry leaf to recover.

↪ Lichendust's patrol ended early after Cirruspatch stepped on a thorn. After trying to get it out with no avail, it seems Cirruspatch actually made it worse and will require one moon of rest and x1 marigold.

↪ Taroclaw's patrol scented a predator. They can either come back next moon to drive it off or leave it alone and see if it leaves.

Lichenclan are very aloof cats, they shy away from
interaction and its not rare for the camp to be dead
quiet at times.

These cats often have longer fur and sport black, white, or grey pelts
to blend in with the snow and darker forest terrain.

In the Taiga it's not always snowy, but the summers don't show
themselves for long. Luckily the Lichenclan cats are adapted for most
of the year.
(long taiga winters will not affect gameplay! simply there for storytelling)

Reindeer, elk, moose, are all believed to be guides to Starclan. When a cat passes away,
their spirit is stuck on the ground until they are able to locate one and make contact with it.

When cats pass away, their bodies are buried at the foot of a tree near the camp that they train around when they are an apprentice. Each apprentice is taken to a tree and is trained there until becoming a warrior.
Medicine cats are given a tree much closer to camp during apprenticeship as well, it's used to teach them mandatory basic battle training, as well as when they are adults they often use it as a quiet place to interpret prophetic messages from Starclan.
