the daughter of a kittypet and god, Lupe. She is the amb
assador to the Celestial Grounds which is much like Starc
lan. If someone sees her on land then it commonly interp
reted as a death omen.

- flamestar, the queen, and runningkit were taken into pineclan. all were renamed flamefang, waxwhisker, and poppykit respectively.

weather: leaf-bare.
during leafbare, the chances of catching greencough is higher. if you send the same cat out multiple times in the same post, they are more likely to catch a cold, which can lead to whitecough and greencough, so be careful. after your cat catches a cold, don't send them out for two posts, or their cold will progress to whitecough or greencough. the sun will start to go down early and it will get colder. you will also catch less prey and are less likely to find new cats.

Moonlight spilled onto the sky, it's milky glow bathing the darkness of night. The illumination lessened the menacing effect the tenebrous twilight gave, and the bright stars that freckled the sky gifting beauty to the night.

indentBut beneath the roofed jungle, it seemed indifferent.. meaningless, even. Well, for the charcoal molly at least. She moved with grace as she ran through the treetops, her claws digging into tree bark as she tensed her muscles, not baring to skip a beat as she leapt from one branch to another.
She never once looked down, no pained expression or fearful glances downwards as she swiftly strode through the treetops. It was almost as if she had no regard to the danger that each step promised her, as though when she jumped from one tree branch to another she could not plummet to her death many, many feet below.

indentBut in comparison to what else the jungle offered, jumping to one massive tree to another seemed like a job even a newborn kit could do. The jungle held a medley of creatures, some beautiful and bold, others simple and small. Nevertheless danger lurked within most of them. Snakes bigger than cats, vicious fish with razor-like teeth, caiman hiding in the swamps.. the spotted she-cat could list an endless amount of deadly animals in the rainforest—with herself being one.
It was a ruthless world, and the choice was to be the fearful or the feared.

indentAs she continued to race through the treetops, the familiar trickling of water alerted the bengal that the killa-qucha was near. Her swift steps began to slow, and each movement became even more precise. Her jade green orbs focused intently on the small pond that resides deep in the foliage, many feet below her on the ground. She watched it with silence for a few moments before slowly moving closer to the tree base, claws digging into the bark as she agilely leap from one branch to another, slowly descending to the jungle floor.
Her muscles tensed as she felt the soft soil beneath her paw pads. Her ears flicked as she honed in on the noises that surrounded her, listening to birdsong and rustling of leaves above her. Her claws unsheathed, the sharpened talons sliding out and glittering through the patches of moonlight that dappled the ground.

indentShe then strode forwards to the small pool, watching water fall into the almost unnatural basin of water. Small fish darted around, their bright orange and white tails fanning out behind them as they graceful swam about.
The molly exhaled slowly, placing her paws at the bank of the water and closing her eyes, breathing out her words.
"The mighty z'jhai and great quyllur'misi.. I have listened to your request."

indentA sudden gust of wind pierced the bengal's fur, earning her to whirl around. Her eyes glittered as she stared up at the hazy figure of large cats, their fur spotted and flecked with stars. It was undoubtedly the Z'jhai, the noble leopards of the stars.

"Young child Zhasphiay, born of royalty yet cast away like nothing.." The largest of the celestial panthers stepped forwards, his deep voice rumbling as he spoke in the sacred pantherean language. "Unbeknownst of your legacy, but knowing of what fate holds.."
indentZhasphiay listened to him intently, not daring to speak a word. Her ears had flattened momentarily at mention of her past, though his words after that left her too deep in question to fret on that further. Knowing of what fate holds.. She became lost in his words, trying to make sense of his riddles as his mystical figure soon fell away with the mist, along with the other accompanying z'jhai panthers.

"The past has a funny way of changing the future."

The bengal lifted her head, shocked to see a glowing figure in front of her. They were different from the rest, still tall in size yet significantly smaller in comparison to the z'jhai. Instead of dark rosettes freckling their wispy body they had a magnificent silver spotted pelage and a matching pair of piercing blue eyes.
For reasons Zhasphiay could not explain, she felt a instinctual pull to this molly. Her brilliant blue eyes held wisdom of countless moons, and another emotion that Zhasphiay couldn't manage to place.

"Come." They said before waltzing elegantly forwards. As Zhasphiay trotted after them, she had become aware that they did not speak the language of pantherclan. "You have wisdom coursing through your veins, and that knowledge will guide you as you take your steps to bringing forwards Pantherclan once again. You are the destined Empress of this ageless kingdom."

Patchedstar sighed. She gazed out of her rocky den and stood up, kicking away part of her bedding as she did so. She whisked it back into place with her tail and padded down the cliff path. Soon she was underneath a sheltered overhang of rock. She sifted through the sand, there was no prey. I'd better go hunting, she decided.

Patchedstar padded out of camp and into the forest. Quickly enough she came to a patch of moorland and stopped at the border."Might as well do a border patrol while I'm here." She spoke her thoughts aloud and started trecking through the grasses.

The blanket of snow that covers the ground has grown larger, it now reaches the shoulders of most cats and covers the others. Prey has grown even harder to find and due to the cold sickness is easier to catch. Kittings are a bit complicated now and there is a high chance that queens will die. Predators are luckily not out in this weather but cold and hungry cats may be found in your territory.

some stayed. the leader of wildclan had recognized that laurelclan
would need a place to set up camp, so she offered some of her clan's
territory with the conditions that laurelclan would always be willing
to aid wildclan in war, and that laurelclan would lax their no out-of
clan relationship rule only for the cats of wildclan. the two operate
almost as if they were the same clan, yet they have different leaders
and ways of life. besides wildclan, laurelclan has no other allies and
they do not plan on having any more.
as mentioned previously, the cats of laurelclan live in a rather large
city. their central camp is a grouping of three dens that the clan dug
in the depths of a small pocket park. however, only the queens, elders,
and medicine cats live in the park. warriors and apprentices are allowed
to sleep wherever they want within the confines of their territory, with
the sole rule that apprentices either must always be with another
apprentice, a warrior, or their mentor. when dawn breaks the warriors
head right outside the groupings of dens where they will recieve their
duties. there are no such thing as hunting patrols, as cats are expected
to hunt for themselves. most cats are assigned guard duty, wether their
shift is day or night. they stay behind and protect those in the main
camp, and they often do chores such as changing bedding,
playing with the kits, hunting for the cats in the camp, et cetera.

because warriors must provide for themselves, when an apprentice is
going through his assessment one of the main tasks that is assigned to
them is that they must live one quarter moon without any assistance
from anyone in their clan. if the apprentice manages to live, then they
will recieve their warrior name, which they are able to request, or the
leader will pick for them. if the apprentice does not return from their
assessment, then the clan will assume the apprentice is dead.

funerals are not very common in laurelclan. the only time that the entire
clan gathers to mourn a loss is when a leader, deputy, or medicine cat
dies. if another cat dies, then normally only the close family and friends
will mourn the loss. cats are not allowed to hold vigil for their dead
companion, as the body is taken away to be buried as soon as the leader
finds out that the cat died.

rulebreaking is one of the most intolerable acts that a member of laurel
clan can commit. this is the only action that is punishable by death or
expulsion from the clan. laurelclan has a very strict set of rules and they
are not all suitable for new outsiders, which is why the clan does not
recieve a lot of new clanmates from rouges and loners. besides formerly
stated laws, such as the fact that funerals may not be held and you must
hunt for yourself, there is a plane of rules that have a very high risk but
also a very high reward. a pact with wildclan states that the cats of the
two clans may not take a mate from outside of their clans unless the
mate is from the allied clans. so a cat from laurelclan may take a mate
from wildclan and vise versa, but a cat from laurelcan may not take a
mate from any other clan.

i will continue my clan with alpinestar, and i am recieving a few cats
from imp and readoptions so giving me a new founder is not needed.
