courage the cowardly dog cause the whole vibe of that show always messed with me ? it always felt Weird. idk also the design of courage just looks neat and i like the weird style. i've been watching videos from this one artist who does really good examples of certain techniques so i've just been thinking about courage for some reason ? i never watched the show when i was a kid so idk hahah

I don't know, honestly. I don't think I remember enough of my childhood to know that. Usually when I do remember something it's a random snippet that I've suppressed and try not to think about. I know this is a bit of a disappointing answer, so I do apologize. EDIT: I can tell you something I do now that makes me laugh! Anyone who knows me knows i'm obsessed with sharks and have been since I was a kid. I was talking to my partner about this album and then suddenly yelled "WHAT IF THERE WAS A SHARK COMPOSED ALBUM?!" This is something I do a lot.

Kai picked all of the tracks based on Misaki's reaction to samples and songs. • hmmm i don't have a knee-slapping, chortle-and-guffawing, doubled-over-crying funny sort of story but there's one that makes me chuckle:
  see, when i was a young kid, i was friends with pretty much all boys. (i mean,, okay, it was like,, partially because i didn't feel like i fit in with the girls (and it took me like,, at least ten more years after this for me to even think i might be trans smh /lh) but it was also because i had a crush and grew up watching teen romance movies so my brain thought that if we hung out and talked to each other we were like practically soulmates even though we were like...eight KJHDSKJFHDSKF) and so the day of valentine's was Upon Us:tm:,, and i wanted to do something for my Current Crush and the rest of friend group (so as not to be, like,, immediately suspicious that i have a crush on that person),, my mom gave me these like,, holographic star wars valentines. they were like,, the kind where if you moved the valentine a certain way the character on it would look like they were in a different pose ykyk? and so, i buckled my Big Guy britches and decided i was going to give them out to my friends and also the Crush (who i would actually end up having a crush for like years after this,, and he was like,, the closest i've ever been to having an actual partner just because we were friends so long,,, ALSO one of my siblings swears he had a crush on me too when we were friends but i never actually asked him about it because i was a chicken who didn't know how to talk to him after we stopped being friends WHY AM I RAMBLING ABOUT THIS ON CHICKEN SMOOTHIE DOT ART I APOLOGIZE LMAO FSDJFHSDKF) so, i went to my homeschool group (because oh yeah!! on top of all this like,, Personal Backstory, here's a tidbit about me: i was homeschooled my entire life :eyes:) and i waited until lunch, right? because you wouldn't give someone a valentine during class; that would just be silly~ /j (also i don't think i had a class with him) anyway, so i get to lunch, and we eat,, and instead of giving him the card i showed it off KJDDSHKJDSHF like it was a trading card or something,,, i had planned on giving him the one with my favorite character but he told me that he liked one with my second favorite character on it SO i excused myself to go to the bathroom where i furiously (and successfully) tried to wash off the names in marker,, i wrote his name on the one he liked and went back out there. BUT i had dug myself into a hole bc now this guy thought they were like,, trading cards so what could i do???? i was sitting there panicking,, because he had given me a fun dip for valentines (he gave everyone else one, too, much to my chagrin sdjfhdskfjh) and i couldn't just give him NOTHING,, and i was sitting there trying to be invested in the conversation but also all i could think about was how worried i felt,, but then!!!!! an opportunity arose!!!! he got up and left for some reason, possibly to go to the bathroom or possibly to go to talk to someone,, it remains a mystery even now,, but ANYWAY he left his backpack for some reason and if this had been a cartoon a lightbulb would have appeared over my head. so, very sneakily, i opened up his backpack and stuck the card inside,, i still don't know if anyone noticed but his backpack was sitting right next to mine (because of course i sat next to him skdjhfds) so it's doubtful any of the other people sitting with me thought i was doing some Shenanigans,, and so yeah!! even when i was a kid i was too anxious to do Normal Human Things and that makes me smile,,,
  also, years later, he told me that he found the card in his backpack and was mystified as to how i could have possibly put that in there, which was most definitely a win that he a. found the card; and b. never saw me or had one of his friends see me and then rat me out,, but also it was sort of a loss bc if i had just given it to him in the first place it wouldn't have taken him years for him to appreciate the Actual meaning behind the card,,
  as i said, it's not the most funny story but i will always find the efforts i go through to Not Talk to someone amusing,,

  wizard of the year from a very potter senior year. there's also another song sung by aj but it's not from starkid and also i don't think it's cs appropriate??? but i found it last night and it's just aaaaa,, it's very good and i'm jealous of his voice kjhskjshfks
  BUT ANYWAY wizard of the year is probably my favorite starkid villain song?? (which is saying a lot bc show stopping number and kick it up a notch are very near and dear to my heart) but like,,, gilderoy is just singing about how wonderful he is and how terrible potter is and i find that to be Campy and Delightful PLUS aj's vocals are just Top Notch,, his voice fits that sort of song perfectly,,
  (side note: i found a video of him singing if i believed from twisted and i was SO excited bc the music from that show is so good and i was like,, 'aj is gonna do so well with this!!!!' and like,, his version of the song wasn't bad, BUT it couldn't hold a candle to the original,, i mean aj's good but he's no dylan saunders ykyk,, actually no, i think aj has a very lovely voice but i just don't think song fit his voice very well? but :shrug: i don't really know much about music so who am i to say what mr holmes should or should not be singing)

i really like music!! like so much. i've been getting into more and more genres over the past couple months and i just absolutely adore every second of it. i've been listening to whatever spotify recommends me every week and it's just so fun finding new artists and digging into more and more stuff. i'm also majoring in audio production and for one of my final assignments i get to mix a band we recorded in class and what i wanna do with it is make it sound like their other music and (as frustrating as it is) it's been really interesting diving into it. like, i never knew how difficult it is to make guitars have a lot of drive but still keep their brightness. it's SO interesting. i love it.
