when you ask someone to be quieter and 3 minutes later theyre as loud as they were before

I assume you mean like baby-talking at adults? I agree that that's very demeaning but other than that, it doesn't bother me at all when people change their voice. A lot of people have "customer service" voices at work, or talk differently depending on what language they're speaking, etc.

Really basic but I cannot stand when people make the most basic of grammar mistakes, like mixing up your/you're and there/their/they're, or using double superlatives (ex. most tallest). I don't really care if it's only sometimes, nobody's perfect. I mean when people do this very consistently.

I somewhat agree, but I also recognize that not everyone has the same opportunities when it comes to education and learning. Some people face learning difficulties, like dyslexia. Being aware of these factors make me more empathetic than annoyed when it comes to grammar mistakes.

When you’re having a conversation with someone and they keep checking their phone!!
